“I made a large purchase at Emigh Hardware, requiring delivery. Once the delivery was dropped off, I recognized an issue, no fault of mine or Emigh. I called to report my issue & how we might resolve it with the dept. manager. The owner of the store, Brian, came to my home to do an assessment and was able to resolve the problem that same day. “Well, got my paint for my Harley today, the guys there were exceptional. That being said I'm a diy kinda of guy, first time painting a motorcycle, just rebuilt my Harley transmission and that was a first for me, so i figured i paint my own bike too. Again, the peoe there were very informative for my paint application on my motorcycle. I highly recommend Max Distributing for your automotive or motorcycle painting needs. “This update is ONLY about the RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT - NOT about the quality of the products or new services rendered. I should have updated sooner but I haven't been writing reviews lately. After my initial post, I was contacted shortly via phone by Joel (store manager) and unfortunately due to work, I was unavailable. I did receive a very detailed voicemail about what was done. Joel informed me that the store hours were updated at the store level to reflect those shown online and that he had spoken to the employee in question. I appreciate the promptness in which he reached out to me regarding my experience and that steps were immediately taken to prevent future experiences like we had.”

“A nice neighborhood hardware store with a basic selection but not overwhelming like a big box store. Attentative staff but the cashiers were kinda awkward/odd. After he rang me up he just left the items on the counter and didn't offer to bag them. I had to reach across the counter onto his side to get my stuff. Generational thing? Maybe...”
