Most employees are very knowledgeable about construction and projects, providing great customer service. They almost always have what customers need, and on rare occasions will quickly search online for items or information. This makes it a very convenient place to find special parts for fixes around the house. Reviewers find it way better than larger chain stores, with a commitment to being "the Helpful Place."
The customer service here is exceptional! They're always so helpful and knowledgeable. Came in today for help with a special project I'm working on. I needed a solution to a problem. The clerk understood what I needed to accomplish, and suggested a way to do it. A way I never thought of. Score!

Best local hardware store. This is the place to go if you really need help with a project. They have people that actually know what parts you need. Friendly people work there. Really nice garden shop. I grew up with this store and its been there over 60 years!
