“A nice neighborhood hardware store with a basic selection but not overwhelming like a big box store. Attentative staff but the cashiers were kinda awkward/odd. After he rang me up he just left the items on the counter and didn't offer to bag them. I had to reach across the counter onto his side to get my stuff. Generational thing? Maybe...”

“Since the owner reached out and addressed the issue, he didnt try to argue so I feel it is only fair to step back from my previous review and give them the opportunity to treat everyone equally, regardless of caste or background.
Zero customer service. Complete waste of time. I stood there waiting for over 15 minutes while staff were busy talking on the phone and no one acknowledged me or offered help. If you want to listen to phone conversations, this is the place—otherwise, there are plenty of other professional automotive paint stores that actually value customers. I left without being served.”
