“I had to go in 30 min before closing on Saturday night to have my batter and alternator tested. All 3 men were friendly and professional. I was helped by a gentleman who was very informative and seemed to know his stuff about automotive issues with our brief talk about my problem truck and a lot of battery questions. He directed me to the store manager who also assisted with looking up my last battery purchase and answering additional questions I had regarding portable battery jumpstarters. Although I did not interact with the 3rd gentleman much, he was friendly by acknowledging a customer in the store and mopping the floors in a safe and hardworking manner. Thankful for this team's help today night and wish I'd gotten their names to acknowledge here. (Saturday June 22nd, 2024)”

“Terrance I appreciate you !!! Helped me trouble shoot the cause of all my car issues . Wasn't sure if battery , starter or alternator was the issue but he replaced the battery did some tests and fixed all my car problems. I had voltage issues, shaking and rough idling, low brake fuel etc just a bunch of stuff. And now I don't need to go to a mechanic! Car drives supppper smooth. Doesn't idle rough anymore. My car wasn't starting all the time and now I haven't had an issue. It starts super quiet. My brake fuel is filled! Got my tail lights also fixed at O'Reilly s ... feels good knowing we have awesome people who can assist and not have to stress on paying an arm and a leg for inspection at a shop. Thank you! The initial testing was free for the battery starter and alternator.”

THIS THRIFT STORE!I could seriously spend like a week in there sifting thru all of the hidden treasures. they have name brand items, like Vans, Nike, MissMe Jeans, True Religion...and even higher end clothing, like Marc Jacobs, Stacey Adams, and Vera Wang I've seen it all in there. Much more cost friendly than Plato's Wallet Killer Closet.... better product and never over $20. I bought a brand new drawstring Nike backpack with matching shoes for under $20. They have sales that actually save you money. And, they've got a huge.selection of home decor, like paintings, shelves, and other furniture. There's household appliances, like a big selection of Shark vacuum and shampooers. They have outdone the Goodwill Store, which used to be in that building before them.I'm actually on my way there right now to buy some new shirts, a couple pair of jeans, and hopefully I will also find a pair of sneakers to match an outfit. I usually do.One more thing: The people who work there are really cool. They treat their customers with respect, and they are helpful with things like loading furniture and other large items in your car or truck. Always friendly, never rude or impatient.”

“I can always get the car doo-dad I need. On top of that, the staff is genuinely nice. Alexander and Mr. Serrano go above and beyond to help us out. Me, my husband, and my 21 yr old daughter have gone in separately on multiple occasions and we can always expect friendly help with zero "mansplaining". Even when I have been legit dippy (like the time I came in to return a battery core without the receipt), they have been super kind and genuinely watched out for my best interests. Gotta have a car, so I gotta get car stuff, but dealing with the staff at Ripon O'Reilly's makes it a great experience. The whole family appreciates their "good neighbor" customer service.”
