The staff in the phone department is so knowledgeable there is no messing around they get the job done. The guy name Cal knows his job inside and out. This guy is efficient and his helper Zachita are a very good team! They did everything for me they put the batteries in. They set it up they put the minutes in. They programmed my number so all she has to do is push seven and it calls me they were like a dream team! While I was there, I saw several other senior citizens come in, he took care of their needs perfectly. He makes you feel secure when buying a new phone he will set it up.
