“I came here to Picasso to have my Tesla fixed after an accident that I was in. I had my car with them for almost a month and when I got it back, I was extremely pleased with the body work they did! My car looks great! The only concern I had, which is why I'm not giving it the total 5 star, is that they were supposed to replace my tire that was hit in the accident. The paperwork they provided me and the insurance of the other driver stated that the tire was replaced by a brand new one. However, when I got home from picking up my car, they still had the old one on there. I contacted them about this and was informed that they had made a mistake. I was upset that I had to drive back to the auto shop since I do not live in Riverside.”

After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me.
