“I needed a part to repair my push lawn mower that I couldn't find at the big box stores. I brought in the old part and within 5 minutes had a replacement at an extremely fair price. Even showed me the length compared when he brought it out ( important ).The shop has everything you could need or want from parts such as a throttle cable like I needed to chainsaw chain & blades, plus new equipment. They also offer service for repairs. Nice people too. I've found my new go to for lawn equipment repair as this place is phenomenal!! Centrally located near Tyler Mall which is convenient ❤️❤️”

“Forget going to Lowe's or Home Depot because Bowman's Ace Hardware has everything I need and has great customer service. I needed a screw to fix the visor on the driver's side of my car. The manager found the right screw and then came out to my car and put it in so the visor wouldn't keep falling down.
When I go to Lowe's or Home Depot it takes too long for someone to come and help me find what I need. I don't think they would ever come out to my cand fix the visor like Bowman's Ace Hardware did.?”

“If you need to buy steel products on regular basis, this is the place to go. I have been buying square tubing different sizes for few years at this location, they have everything I need. The staff are Very friendly and helpful in cutting and loading with a smile, treat them with respect. Free cutting depends on the length, if extra cutting is needed the cost is very reasonable.”

“Ferguson has over 1300 locations. There are three types of Ferguson: HVAC - I prefer RSD for. Plumbing supplies - the Riverside Location did an A+ Job of helping get the right part for a vessel sink (above the counter), that was not installed right. They have a warehouse in Perris that is huge. Waterworks - all the stuff outside the house, like Clay Pipes. This location is the water works, and they are in the back of the complex. The person I spoke with explained the different sizes of clay pipes and helped figuring out a solution for a headache for a sewer line. A+ Customer Service.”
“I absolutely love having AC PRO as apart of our team and family! Robert and JJ go above and beyond the call of duty and takes business personal as do I. ACPRO is completely changing the game on air conditioning distribution and treats you like your important to them, doesn’t matter if you’re buying $10,000 or $10,000,000. “Today we were shopping in the Plumbing department at Home Depot on Madison. It was a hot and frustrating day. While we were looking for a new hot water heater, Kimberly - Home Depot support representative - approached us asking if we needed help. We did and she stayed with us answering questions and helping us to make our final decision. She was terrific! This was the first time in dozens of visits to Home Depot for years that anyone ever approached us offering help. We usually have to hunt someone down and even then, help was not always available. “I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”
