“I never received an email opportunity from Hilton to review this Hotel, but wanted to make sure I gave a Shout-Out to one of the Front Desk staff. When I checked on 9/22, I was offered a 1st floor room, which I do not normally like, primarily due to more traffic through the hallways. I muttered my lack of appreciation for the room and a preference for an upper floor, but I intended to take it.
Katrice (I hope I got that name right), heard me and instantly her fingers started flying over the computer keys, searching. Before I had even figured out what was going on, she had found me a room on the 3rd floor. Plenty of space and plenty of quiet. Both appreciated.
I commend Katrice for going above and beyond. She didn't have too and she didn't need too. But she did anyway.

“The rooms were big and clean. Streaming on the tvs was a big plus.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The location is perfect, right next to the cute downtown shopping and restaurants.
My favorite part though was the exceptional and friendly service of Cassandra at the hotel bar. She was helpful, warm, kind, and had great attention to service and detail. She remembered previous orders and had an engaging personality.
I recommend this hotel if you're in Riverside.”

Staff was exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, all wonderful.
The room, is basic but I knew going in that it wasn't a Hilton or a Marriott. Bed was comfortable, shower was a basic shower. My room overlooked the street and could be a bit noise when a car alarm went off or someone had a loud exhaust. Not that I noticed all that much, got in at 0330 and collapsed asleep.
The location put it within a 5 minute walk to the shuttle, which is the main reason I chose this hotel, well, that and the price.
If I had one complaint, and this is being super nitpicky, it's the soap. The scent is good but it just doesn't like to 'work'. Hard to explain.
Keep your expectations realistic. It's a hotel room. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else. If you want functional, i.e...a bed and a shower, this place is perfect.”
“Considering where I was and I am happy to be at this location. I have been here just over a week. The room can use a little bit of remodeling but it's a lot of space and it's warm . It's pretty quiet here and the man in the office is really attentive and polite. I don't interact with the other guests but they seem polite and the property outside is clean. I will be here for some time and I am comfortable here. I will post reviews as the weeks continue.”
“The managers were very very nice as long as you don't bug them after 10:00 at night the walls are very thin especially if you're downstairs sometimes it feels like the ceiling is going to caving on you from the occupants walking around but the worst part of all are the roaches this place is infested with roaches that is so disturbing and every single room has them some more than others like room 116 stay far away from this room otherwise it's clean and the ice machine hasn't worked for a very long timeWalkability: Everything you need is right across the street in every direction.”
“I could detail the most important aspects that guests look for in a motel. But I'll simplify my experience while staying at the Skylark Motel. Although it's very close to other places that offer the same services, I can confidently say that the Skylark Motel is undoubtedly the most convenient due to its accessibility, overall services, location, price, and quality of service. It met my realistic expectations, and I'm very satisfied. I would definitely stay at the Skylark Motel again.”

“We booked here, but due to a blizzard our departure was delayed significantly.
We were diverted to an overnight stay in Minneapolis instead.
The Inn reversed my charges for a full refund!

“I had a great extended stay. The room was immaculate,spacious and had all the conveniences.
The price was great,the entire staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of places to eat in the area also. I would go back. Matter of fact I think I'll try the jacuzzi suite next time.”

“I've stayed there before is very quite and staff is great also awesome spa with room good for those night owl freaks that like to pnp ? walls wells isolated so you know wat I mean no complaints not one bit beds very sturdy tv great channels and parking lot well maintain with high security so your car is safe by them and also yourself cause you only have to look outside the window to make sure its safe iwich regardless itswell affordable and recommended as matter a fact I'm gonna be there tonight come stop by say hi”

TV fridge and microwaves are included.Noteworthy details: Right off the bus route 1. Which is the main line in Riverside. Very convenient.”

“Overall, I had a pretty good experience at Raincross Hotel. I had very low expectations for raincross hotel unfortunately given the reviews. The check in service definitely met those low expectations.
Check out was great though. Hiral was absolutely amazing and hospitable in the checkout proccess and also during the continental breakfast one morning. I thought the hotel was going to be bad as well, but it checked of my boxes, it was relatively clean, quiet, and provided me a place to sleep! For that it gets 4 stars (5 stars for Hiral)”
