Walkability: There’s plenty of restaurants and stores to chose from. There’s a restaurant just steps outside of the hotel entrance and a grocery store directly behind it.”

“The hostess was not helpful, it seemed like we were interrupting her time, did not give much details on what the hotel offered, And we were on the 3rd floor, she did not instruct us where the elevator was or the room. Not customer friendly, we were very tired but we were not rude.
Rooms: Very nice clean rooms, beds were so comfortable. I know now a days we have cell phones to look up places to recommend, but it would have been nice to see something in writing on what is locally available.
Walkability: There were places to walk and get dinner, if the hostess advised us, We ended up driving to pick up food.”
“The managers were very very nice as long as you don't bug them after 10:00 at night the walls are very thin especially if you're downstairs sometimes it feels like the ceiling is going to caving on you from the occupants walking around but the worst part of all are the roaches this place is infested with roaches that is so disturbing and every single room has them some more than others like room 116 stay far away from this room otherwise it's clean and the ice machine hasn't worked for a very long timeWalkability: Everything you need is right across the street in every direction.”

Staff was exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping, all wonderful.
The room, is basic but I knew going in that it wasn't a Hilton or a Marriott. Bed was comfortable, shower was a basic shower. My room overlooked the street and could be a bit noise when a car alarm went off or someone had a loud exhaust. Not that I noticed all that much, got in at 0330 and collapsed asleep.
The location put it within a 5 minute walk to the shuttle, which is the main reason I chose this hotel, well, that and the price.
If I had one complaint, and this is being super nitpicky, it's the soap. The scent is good but it just doesn't like to 'work'. Hard to explain.
Keep your expectations realistic. It's a hotel room. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else. If you want functional, i.e...a bed and a shower, this place is perfect.”

“We booked here, but due to a blizzard our departure was delayed significantly.
We were diverted to an overnight stay in Minneapolis instead.
The Inn reversed my charges for a full refund!

“Manager claimed that I stoled or broke or lost a remote to one of the rooms when in fact from the very moment we entered the room my son had me searching under behind next to in front of everything for about 30 minutes until he coincidentally fell asleep as did I soon after. I only learned about the accusation the next day in the evening as I was attempting to pay for a week upfront ended up going down the street instead ? but besides that the staff were pretty chill at least one of the two guys.Safety: Way more kick back than hotels that are just a few feet away weight less schey.?”
