Fernando helped us find a lift recliner that is perfect for us - there was a lot to choose from! Fernando was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. He was very helpful helping us find supplies that we had been looking for. Michael delivered our chair within 3 days, and again he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. We had to drive over 20 miles together to the store - but it was worth it!”

I was feeling so down. there are no words to explain the despair of being diagnosed. worse, feeling alone. I have every confidence in his professionalism and dependability.he knows his business and what he's doing, and always with sincere care. there was some guy that made a delivery last time who didn't show up for two days. I was told that he would be here the next day after I called, but he never arrived. nor did I receive a phone call, even though I sat here and waited. when he did get here I asked for help on one of the machines and he seemed not to be interested at all, instead he was in a hurry to leave. anyway, with what i've seen, I believe that hector martinez is the strength of your company. I think he's one of those very rare human beings with intelligence and sensitivity; he should be running the company. and I really believe that. you have a gold mine in him.”

The door was open so I asked if she was open? She said I could come in I was so grateful that I was able to get the equipment and get home by 9am. We were able to get to the doctor on time.
