“This place is awesome! Called ahead looking for specific cacti and the guy actually looked for them and told me which ones they had and which ones were similar to the ones I wanted that they didn't have. While I was on hold, staff picked up the phone twice to make sure I had been helped. Staff is super friendly and helpful in person. It's been a bit since I've had customer service this good. Should've came here sooner, I will come again”

If you live near the Riverside area, I highly recommend you go and check out his mature topiaries. “Inexpensive place to get California natives, which are hard to get- as well as many other plants and trees. As a wholesaler you pay cash or check and they prefer a list of plants you're interested in so they can pull them from their different nurseries in Riverside. Our plants are doing well and at less than $4 for gallon plants, the price can't be beat! Some plants they have now include western redbud, hollyleaf cherry, desert willow, Toyon, salvias, bladderpod and California buckwheat- all important natives to have in your habitat garden.”

“Hidden gem! They specialize in landscape trees and palm trees - saw some nice cypress trees around too that I might come back for. They have a mixed assortment so it might be better to call ahead to see what they have. It’s very mom and pop and the owners are very nice.While they don’t sell actual citrus trees, they do sell some fruits that come from their trees. You can stop by and purchase some! You can even ask Susan the owner if you can pick your own - they often let you use their wagon for your haul. The owners are from Taiwan and are super nice.Also…if you ever need tips on cooking Taiwanese food, you found your people! If you’re looking for ingredients…you may be able to ask about stuff that comes from their own garden. Maybe they’ll even sell their hand made Taiwanese sausages…Just ask! Everyday is a bit different, but they love sharing their love of food with guests!”

“Hey guys these guys had the carolina reapers and ghost peppers which I got a while back it was awesome finding them peppers I was desperately looking for to Amp up my Mexican salsa.. I got lost looking for this place at first and then I parked my Caro Blanco and asked them about the Chile's de Ghost and the Carolina... if they had it in stock and they gave me a good price for both... I recommend everyone on the riverside to look for Chiles here.. thank you..”

“Today we were shopping in the Plumbing department at Home Depot on Madison. It was a hot and frustrating day. While we were looking for a new hot water heater, Kimberly - Home Depot support representative - approached us asking if we needed help. We did and she stayed with us answering questions and helping us to make our final decision. She was terrific! This was the first time in dozens of visits to Home Depot for years that anyone ever approached us offering help. We usually have to hunt someone down and even then, help was not always available. Thank you Kimberly - Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their staff.”
