“The employee or owner was pretty much closed but opened up for me to change out my sons tire it was already cracking which i mew was tire rott. He changed out the tire really fast as i walked my son to practice across the street . I felt like he went above and beyond to take care of me great service would recommend him to anyone who meeds new tires or wheels”

“They did amazing work for me on my car's AC system last year, so when I had a bad tire that I was afraid to drive on but had an appointment that I couldn't miss, I called Chris at Firestone, and he told me to come right in, and they would take care of it right away. When I got there, all of the bays were full but they worked me in and replaced my tire and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone at the Firestone store I go to is very friendly and caring. I am so glad I started going to them, as I can trust what they tell me. The Firestone Team at the Firestone off of Tyler Avenue is really great!”
“We survived our first week back to school only to pick-up a nail. I walked in and the room was full but everyone was greeted and given ample time to express what they needed.

I was helped quickly, told my tire could be saved and then given a receipt for $0. (I know not everyone will have a perfect nail in the center of the tread).

“I received excellent, efficient, and professional service at this automotive repair shop. My car had a check engine light on, so the technician, Kevin, needed to conduct a Diagnostic test. After diagnosing the problem, the repairs were completed within 24 hours. I also had a B service and a smog check completed.
I am very satisfied with the quality of services that I received, and the price for the repairs seems reasonable. I highly recommend this auto repair shop because not only are the people who work there knowledgeable, but they also have integrity, which is seriously lacking in the auto repair industry!”

“Hello this is my go to spot for tire service. But recently I noticed a mistake. A honest mistake. I believe a old tire was switched out for one of my new tires during my tire change and rotation. I believe this because of wear on the tire as well as specifically noticing a difference between brands. My problem is the repair was 4-5 months ago and I don't have receipts I tried to call but no answer. Can you help me with this issue please?”

“Couldn’t be happier with the services I’ve had done at McNair’s!! We’ve taken my wife’s car in twice, for two separate issues, and the staff/mechanics have resolved the issue both times. Each time, they were very friendly and communicative through the process! The first time was a battery replacement. After AAA told my wife her battery was fine, we took it to McNair’s because we weren’t sure what the issue was. Turns out it was the battery, and McNair’s was able to replace it the same day for a reasonable price! The next issue was my wife’s tire losing air. They assessed the situation, and called us to inform us that they weren’t able to repair the damage, and that they had some replacement tires in stock and ready to be installed! Couldn’t be happier with the service both times, and I’ll for sure be taking our cars back in if the need arises!”
“Good service and fast. Received a used tire for $70 unfortunately it was an emergency. They were helpful. Map quests was bad at giving me directions I went in the wrong direction 3 times.”
“Went in for clunking noise while braking. Robert took a test drive right away because it could be a safety issue. Found out it was a simple metal clamp holding the brake pads on the caliper. It took a little over an hour. Very happy with their mechanic of 20+ years”
“I was on my way to LAX at 6pm on a Tuesday night. I went to fill up my tires after the pressure light went on and one tire wouldn't reach above 30 PSI. I suspected it was the tire valve stem but most auto/tire places near me where closed. By chance, I called SPS Wheels and Tires at 6:20pm and to my luck, someone answered. They said they were closed but asked what I needed and agreed wait 10 minutes for me to get there to check it out. When I arrived at 6:30pm they quickly took care of the issue for $25 and checked the rest of my tires before sending my safely on my way just before 7pm. Thank you to the guys at SPS who helped me!”

“I needed my tire pressure sensor monitor repaired and the guys here helped me out in a pinch. The day was super hot, and a lot of other thing going on in the shop but they never once made me feel like I was forgotten or anything. They would come in and give us updates on where they were, how much longer, when they started working on my car. The customer service was so great, I truly felt like I was a valuable customer for them. I would recommend this place to anyone needing help with these smaller repairs. They are fairly priced which is something you don't see often.
I'm definitely coming back and will send my recommendation for them anytime
