I have lived here for a number of years. I like living here. I have never had any roach issues (thank goodness)Barbee is wonderful and Arturo does a great job with Maintenance.

It's not too bad here but it's not the best either, my biggest complaint is seeing roaches but 2400 a month is too much to be seeing roaches and the place to be this stuffy. Barby is cool and Arturo is respectful and get jobs done.
