Staff is mostly friendly but the morning desk clerk is kind of snobby

We booked here, but due to a blizzard our departure was delayed significantly. We were diverted to an overnight stay in Minneapolis instead. The Inn reversed my charges for a full refund! I'm so grateful! Thanks!
