“This facility is so clean! It was easy to find my unit. It's quiet and clean. I paid for all hour access which makes traveling easy. Sometimes, I arrive in CA outside normal hours and the access makes it so convenient to just unload and go home.
I love how there is someone on site, not necessarily available for service but at least someone lives on site if there is an emergency, say flooding, infestations, burglary etc. It's nice knowing someone in charge is available in cases of emergency.
I love how there is clean facility near my home. I did my research and read the reviews. No pests of any kind. Of course, keeping food and beverages off the premises helps to keep it that way! ??”

“We moved as 70 year couple , to a 55 plus community in Beaumont. We were provided with 5 strong and respectful men. The total hours took less than 8 hours for the total move. The movers were most pleasant and it was a process to move out of our home of 40 years. But we would never recommend trying to move without a professional moving company. Burgess movers were extremely worth the investment and all the movers worked very well together. We hope to never move again but if we should we would call Burgess to help us or anyone with this difficult matter. Thank you Burgess for your help and professionalism.

“This facility is great, the managers in the office are kind, respectful girls. Lately we’ve been asking them to assist with being able to gracefully leave the property, as there are always cars parked by the exit gate making it difficult to make the turn out. The ladies in the office stated it’s a constant battle to have the men who park out front move their vehicles. Allegedly they work at the shops next door & constantly block customer parking. Judy and Sophia have always been great, but at this point I’m preparing to vacate due to the difficulty to exit. As long as these cars are dealt with & the trees by the exit get trimmed, I’ll gladly stay here for years!”
