“A big shout out to Plaza 2 automotive in riverside on Indiana for the work they did on my van. They put a new motor in it and I told them I was having brake issue that I thought could be the master cylinder because everything on the brakes were new. The mechanic tested it and said the motor mounts and Trans mounts were bad so they replaced them, I had always had an issue with brakes when I hit them hard they seemed to catch and release and the Trans would shift gears hard. Now it's like driving a whole new van. I got a new/used motor "couldn't get a brand new one" new water pump, new power steering pump all new hoses and belts for 6,100.00.I am very happy”

When I took my dad to the tow yard to see his car and turn it over, they were very personable and concerned about my dad above the car. Desi, in the office, was especially kind. “Update... its been about a year since i last needed a tow and AAA dispatched Ramos again. I was very happy with that. Jonathan arrived 30 min sooner than estimated and was lightening fast to get the car hooked up and ready to go. His gps was suggesting to drive around the block in the opposite direction, so he just asked to tell him the way to go. It was less than 3 miles, and got us and the car back home safely. Dropped the car and was off to the next customer. So far, Ramos has choice workers who know their job and do it well. THANK YOU!
After a 2 1/2 hour wait, found out AAA never dispatched my request. Had to call CS and then Ramos Towing was sent out to me. It only took them about 10 min (once the request ACTUALLY went out) to get to me (even though AAA had provided incorrect GPS) and had my truck loaded and dropped off in less than 20 minutes.
JAMES was the poor guy who had to put up with me (lol). He's super friendly, informative, professional...overall, hes just on point. Very respectable man and needs some recognition!

“If you want fast great customer service call this company!! I got stranded at a gas station and since me and my family have road side assistance with this app called Life 360 I decided to get it a try. Liberty towing was contacted through the app to provide towing service. On my app it stated the ETA was 3 hours long However they made it in more than half the time! From the very beginning of dispatch contacting me about assigning a tow truck driver (Joe) to ETA to actual pickup and drop off This liberty towing company was FAST,communicative, professional, and respectful. Thankyou so much for your guys help!! I definitely will be calling again if I ever need to!!”

“While I'm sure at least some of the horror stories here are true, mine was less of a horror story than most.
Their chp approved rates are readily posted in the office and match with what I was charged.
They immediately asked how I would be paying, and diligently stated that they can accept credit cards but not debit cards (cavc 22568 only requires that they accept cash and credit cards). They allow you to pay with zelle or PayPal instead, the former offers no recourse to dispute the payment, but the latter does.
The car was legally towed from a permit only area (though signage was hidden behind shrubbery, this is an issue for me to take up with the manager of the property) and they had the necessary documentation on hand as required.
I went in ready to butt heads for several hours and accomplish nothing aside from gather evidence for a civil lawsuit, but was surprised at how smooth the interaction was.
I think at least some of the other commentors probably went in irrate or with bad attitudes and just got their energy returned back to them. I went in calm and collected and my interaction remained calm and helpful the entire time.
4 stars instead of 5 because they still towed my car and I'm displeased with spending an entire monthly car payment for one mistake, but c'est la vie.”

“Super fast service and expressly personable. I got to my truck, semi truck, and the batteries were dead. Called up Bestow Towing and I didn’t even have time to get food down the street before he was texting me that he was only 10 minutes away. Not only did he get my truck batteries charged up enough to give me a jump but he also provided a good safe area being on the side of the road. I am saving this tow trucks number in my phone cause he is the only guy I plan on using if I ever need towing, battery jump services, or lock out services. Thank you for being super fast and taking care of my needs while on the side of the road.”
