While I didn't appreciate having my car towed illegally, I did appreciate the good manners of Andrew, the attendant at the Riverside lot. He wasn't to blame for the illegal tow, but he did make the whole process much easier and he was polite, well mannered and didn't make it harder than it needed to be.

In hindsight getting your car towed is never fun.
It really helps when the person helping you out is really nice and is a genuine person who’s just doing their job so thank you Andrew for helping me out and for being so patient with me.
