“Since it’s tucked away in a gift shop, it’s great for locals to do a quick package/mail drop off or pick up. I’ve only had to wait once since coming here for a year, and it was just a line of 3-4 people just because someone had a complicated package.
So I find this location to be much faster than some of those bigger locations. Also the staff is extremely friendly knowing the customers are all probably locals. Also the location being next to Ralph’s makes running mail errands convenient.”

“They are usually very helpful when I go in and I am attended very very quickly they are very nice to me an recognize me and always compliment me when I go in and say that I smell nice and notice when I change small details about my appearance they always offer polite compliments to me and I have always received prompt service here every time I have gone and they have given me tips regarding ways to ship and in some cases they have helped me with strategies to tape my packages ? so the innards of the boxes that I am shipping do not fall out which I appreciate them greatly for it.”
“Derek was very helpful when renewing my passport. Make sure you have your renewal form filled out and you have your old passport ready. They take check or cashiers check (which they can sell you). It was easy and he was great to work with! I had to go in to get my photos but you can renew online. Make an appointment online for photos.”
