“Since it’s tucked away in a gift shop, it’s great for locals to do a quick package/mail drop off or pick up. I’ve only had to wait once since coming here for a year, and it was just a line of 3-4 people just because someone had a complicated package.
So I find this location to be much faster than some of those bigger locations. Also the staff is extremely friendly knowing the customers are all probably locals. Also the location being next to Ralph’s makes running mail errands convenient.”
“Yes this location always has a line, although it didn't for me today. Cynthia is always super helpful and smiling the few times I've actually had to mail someone over the counter. They are busy all day and I've never seen her not patient and helpful to customers.”
“They are usually very helpful when I go in and I am attended very very quickly they are very nice to me an recognize me and always compliment me when I go in and say that I smell nice and notice when I change small details about my appearance they always offer polite compliments to me and I have always received prompt service here every time I have gone and they have given me tips regarding ways to ship and in some cases they have helped me with strategies to tape my packages ? so the innards of the boxes that I am shipping do not fall out which I appreciate them greatly for it.”
“Our mail carrier goes above and beyond. Carolina doesn't just deliver the mail she has provided great customer service by understanding our needs. We will usually close early on Fridays and she makes every effort to deliver before we close. Their job is not easy work, dealing with the elements, people with dogs, traffic, you name it.
So are lucky to have her assigned to our office.”

The previous reviews are not for the current business located here but for an old business. I recently mailed incredibly important paperwork to the DMV from here and it was delivered no problem. The current owner was aware of the confusion and took the time to explain and reassure me. He's got a great business on his hands, and I'm excited to see it thrive. They’ve helped me with everything from mailing packages to getting passport forms, and they always do it with a positive attitude. The line moves quickly and the service is reliable. A well-run location that I trust for all my mailing needs!”
