“Don’t believe the reviews . Came in today to deliver . Parked in the street came in to get instructions and check in procedures. The guard (very nice and professional) guided me and gave me the scoop on what to do . 2:30 am is when they start . You pull up to the parking area park truck up against the curb so that employees can go around you . You go back to security guard give him your truck and trailer info and he gives you your assigned door with pass . Very simple and easy. Backed into door and checked into lumper office , paid and when I was getting into truck the truck was being unloaded . Guard advised to back into dock area from guard shack . Not to bad , it’s a little tight but I’ve been to worst places .”
“I marked entrance with the green arrow, receiving zone I’ve marked with yellow circle, shipping zone with red circle, also I marked check in office with the blue cross, after your drop your trailer you need to park oppsite the office and go in the office and check in, They have a rule that you must park 5 feet from the dock and leave the trailer closed and the seal intact, but the worker may ask you to open the doors and park. If you do this, do not mention this at the check-in office, say that you did everything correctly and did not open anything to avoid problems. After unloading they will call your or text you”
“I don't see what people are complaining about or I was there on a good day. Parked in the overnight parking...nice and clean. Check in with guard at 11..easy. waited till 12 inside at door 444 I was about 10th in line took 15 minutes.. easy. Backed in door and empty within a hour and another hour for paperwork.. compared to some places this was heaven.”

“Idk about other drivers, but I tried to check In at 7am while my appt was at 10am, they told me to come back at 10, but I came back after 9am, still checked in, got a door right away, disconnected, unloaded and gone in 30 min. Perfect! 4 stars because it’s by appt and at the check in was Indian accent that was hard to understand, but when I came back second time there was American girl already. It’s all good!”

“Checked in at 5:30 AM for a 6 AM appointment. Went to the office by door 24 and was given a dock immediately. Lumper fee of $262 for a full trailer, was out by 7:15 AM. No issues for me.”

“Place is open till 2100 for shipping and receiving. Might have to wait a lil longer to get into a dock. I waited about 2.5 hours small spacing when u get into the docking area but enough room to get in and out enough backing space. Call upon arrival don't drive inside, they'll give you instructions. Nice people. Got my bills signed before entering into docking that way I was able to roll out after empty. :)”
