Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”

She was working very hard, stayed active, noticed my frustration, and kindly asked if I wanted a refund. She also took the time to explain why they were running behind, which I really appreciated. That small act of communication and care made a big difference.

“Place is open till 2100 for shipping and receiving. Might have to wait a lil longer to get into a dock. I waited about 2.5 hours small spacing when u get into the docking area but enough room to get in and out enough backing space. Call upon arrival don't drive inside, they'll give you instructions. Nice people. Got my bills signed before entering into docking that way I was able to roll out after empty. :)”

Their Drayage base rate is a bit higher than some of the competitors I have worked with in the past but definitely came out ahead with all the headaches avoided (especially during the 4th quarter of the year) plus the extra fees they rarely charge for, like yard storage, bob-tail, etc. and they even work hard to avoid many other fees that can be charged by the port if you are not on top of the pick-up/drop-off appointments, like demurrage, per diem, etc.. “Don’t parking in front of street. The police will move you. Flyng near but almost always is full. TA and PETRO IN 4.5 miles. A lot of trucks in the morning. A bit chaos. Just 30 min early. They are strict about that.”

“Had a 5 am delivery got there at 415am was told to park on the street until 5 am they were doing shift change, came back was delayed till 530 am was finally given a door to be told to move to the next door due to malfunction of some kind. Got bills about 945am. Not sure of slow moving process due to Sunday morning but it wasn’t too bad just need some patience here. Also only room for about 3-4 trucks on the street so use caution there”

“This Colton DC is very organized.
Upon gate arrival, signs direct the inbound loads to move tandem back, prior to check in at gate.
After check in, you will drop in a designated space in a zone.
I take my bills to the recieving office located mid span of the docks near the gate area.
Leaving with a load or empty out the gate, is simple. Asset protection, checks seal, and the outbound line moves rapidly with this process.
Everyone is friendly, helpful and most of all patient.”
“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”
“If you are looking for a great warehouse with fantastic monthly storage cost in the Inland Empire, very fair pick and pack for Amazon FBM, and just all around great way to scale your hardware projects, this is the place. Don't waste your time looking in Southern California or Inland Empire. You won't find a better warehousing solution. How do I know this? Because I looked really hard. And after extensive search, trail and error, I am pleased with what I have found. 10/10 would recommend for 3PL, warehousing, and Amazon FBM in the greater Inland Empire area”
