Had an appointment at 11am, checked in a little early and I was out the door in less than an hour. 43,644 lbs on a reffer 53' trailer and they got the weight balanced out perfectly. Quick check in process. The warehouse lot is tight so take your time to back in. By the time you bump the dock and chock your wheels they are loading you. Would pick up from here again ??”

“The people here are so nice and care about drivers. There was a mess up with my appointment and I was scheduled a week later. They worked it out to get us unloaded today. They could have said” oh well” but they actually care. In a world where most shippers and recovers don’t care what we’ve driven through to get product moved or treat us like less than human….. it is refreshing to be treated so well. Thank you Ramon for going the extra mile for us.”
“One observation is that the earlier you go, you can shop at your leisure, because then there is not even anywhere to park, which is a case when there are a lot of people.”

“Place is open till 2100 for shipping and receiving. Might have to wait a lil longer to get into a dock. I waited about 2.5 hours small spacing when u get into the docking area but enough room to get in and out enough backing space. Call upon arrival don't drive inside, they'll give you instructions. Nice people. Got my bills signed before entering into docking that way I was able to roll out after empty. :)”
“Awesome place for pick up, arrived at 06:00 for 06:00 apt, didn’t get dock until 06:30 due to issues with system, but got dock right after it was resolved, loaded and out the door by 7:15. Kind people, plenty of room to maneuver. Entrance off Jurupa, drive in park truck to the right, and walk up to office . 5/5”
“Got a dock right away. 1 1/2 hours to load, got the paperwork, sealed and left within 2 hours. Enough time for my clock to give me back my 2 hours lost for sitting.
Doesn't get any better than that”

Their Drayage base rate is a bit higher than some of the competitors I have worked with in the past but definitely came out ahead with all the headaches avoided (especially during the 4th quarter of the year) plus the extra fees they rarely charge for, like yard storage, bob-tail, etc. and they even work hard to avoid many other fees that can be charged by the port if you are not on top of the pick-up/drop-off appointments, like demurrage, per diem, etc.. I found with my previous Drayage providers that they would have a lower base fee but boy did I pay for the other fees every step of the way.Their secure customer portal provides real-time inventory insights and robust reporting options so that I can get the insight I need in real time and never have to wait to send reports to business/bank associates.WestMark lives up to their commitment to excellence and even extends to full-service distribution solutions through their transportation partners.”

“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”
“If you are looking for a great warehouse with fantastic monthly storage cost in the Inland Empire, very fair pick and pack for Amazon FBM, and just all around great way to scale your hardware projects, this is the place. Don't waste your time looking in Southern California or Inland Empire. You won't find a better warehousing solution. How do I know this? Because I looked really hard. And after extensive search, trail and error, I am pleased with what I have found. 10/10 would recommend for 3PL, warehousing, and Amazon FBM in the greater Inland Empire area”

“I went in and out with no problem, If you arrive early they will make every effort to help you get offloaded or on-loaded and you will be in and out, sometimes they are just so busy that it can but appointments first as any driver knows if you have an appointment you know you will be taking first, Yard goats have the right of way at any Walmart DC be patient and you too can get and have the same experience patient is practice, respect and understanding is key. My advice is don’t go in with an attitude because your chances are then you and your load will be escorted out and not be off loaded, front get guard are also very respectful thank you for making it a very bright day….”
