“INCREDIBLE customer service!! I got stopped by a police officer for a headlight that was out. Ozzy went out to look at it. 2 were out. He replaced both and wouldn’t charge me. “Seriously??” “How about buy me a soda?” Of course! He was kidding.😊 This sort of thing doesn’t happen anymore. I will tell everyone about this place! “Simple issues needed attention on my Tesla. I will not return to another Tesla Service Center, even though they are close to my home, and one on warranty.
Kniesel is the very best and they are Tesla certified. Their charges were one-third less than the estimate. The time allotted for the repair turned out to be less than as expected.
Their employees care about customers and their vehicles.”
“Joe, Stephen and the Edwards crew did a great job replacing, repainting and add PPF to fix a ding I did and it came out like new. Perfect match and seems fit in and under in all regards. Great attention to detail and mindful of how car nuts can be about thier cars. What was especially pleasant is when getting into the job, there was an unforseen techinicality that made doing something more specifically impossible (also painting the lower spoiler), they handled it very professionally and took ownership of the issue to make everything liek new, which is a business ethic you very rarely find today. That said, I highly recommend them if you want your car done right THey also have a great network of like minded peers peers for anything else auto related you might be thinking to do or service your car, etc.”

“I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rocklin because I thought my battery might be failing and needed someone to test it. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Noe, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
He tested my battery, explained the results, and showed me that it had indeed failed. Rather than simply trying to sell me a replacement, he took the time to explain the different battery options and the differences between them so I could make an informed decision.
What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond by installing the new battery himself—even though it's located in one of the most difficult spots in my car. “This place is fantastic. I called Mercedes because I was worried my car was overheating, it’s my first time owning a Mercedes. They wanted $300 dollars just to look at the car. I called A&B and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing. He wasn’t worried about charging me money, he was just worried about helping me. I wish I had taken his name down cause he deserves the credit, but he let me send him a picture of the temp gauge and told me it’s normal for Mercedes to run where I see the temp this time of year. He could have told me he needed to see the car first just to get that money for the diagnostic but instead he took time out of his day to sit with me on the phone, receive a picture from me, and put my mind at ease. Trust me when I say if the car stays this hot during the winter I’ll be taking my car here cause I know I can trust the service to be honest and fair. If you need your car worked on, hit these guys up they’re the real deal.”
