“I can't believe this ampm only has 2 stars I work at the cracker barrel down the street and stop by there almost every night for the last four years now and the gentleman that works night there is the nicest person ever to me always and the lady that works during the day is so sweet as well it's such a pleasure everytime I'm there they treat me like a friend always happy to see me . “The store has just about everything you would need if you are staying in the hotel nearby, they close at 10:30pm. When you go on in they will always welcome you and treat you like family no matter who you are, someone there will always put a smile on your face, everyone is always very helpful, so if you are passing through Rocklin stop by and say Hi and you will see for yourself what I'm talking about. Very easy access off and on the freeway. Right off of Rocklin road.”

“I used HPR Diesel in my BMW's for years. Slightly better MPG, runs cleaner, no noticeable performance improvement.
Only suggestion I have before you switch to HPR diesel is to change your fuel filter just before (or right after) - I've had an issue each time I switched to HPR on both cars: NOX sensor on first BMW diesel and one fuel injector failed on second BMW - (both repairs covered by BMW dealer under warranty) - even though Propel can cover 'damages' by HPR to your car and their diesel is a better (renewable, clean) alternative - it will take a lot of time and hassle to prove that - changing fuel filter is easier & cheaper.
I don't switch between diesel #2 and HPR and just use HPR diesel - after replacing the fuel filter - no problems whatsoever (20K+ miles later).”

“This has been consistently the lowest priced Chevron gas station in the Lincoln, Rocklin, Roseville BY FAR for a while now. This is likely due being right across the street from a brand new Maverik gas station. This station offers several new electric car chargers as well. With the low prices and chargers and a Tower Market, it is a very busy station. It has 12 gas pumps. Watch for a pump or two to be out of order occasionally. Pumps are never out long. Doesnt seem to always be the same pumps either. Maybe preventative maintenance? No car wash here. Chevron offers their Techron fuel system detergent additive on ALL THREE grades of gas. After owning several cars and using many different gas brands, I do believe the Techron additive does keep a car's fuel system cleaner and smoother running, requiring less throttle body cleaning and fuel injector replacement.”

“Came here at 9am on Christmas Day and gas was the cheapest in the area. Shell is usually the most expensive and top-tier from my experiences, but I was surprised to see how cheap it was on the 25th! Aside from that, I went in to prepay with no issues. The lady working the counter was very friendly and kind. She went beyond typical customer service by having a short conversation even though she was working on Christmas Day! I wish I remembered her name, I will update the post next time I go in if she is there. Lastly, I had an issue on Pump 1 so she immediately offered a solution and I was able to fill up on Pump 12. I drive a fairly large truck so she was accommodating me by selecting a Pump on the other side, to clarify. Thanks to Poppy Markets and Shell for hiring great people!”

“Last week, we stopped at this Shell station for gas and a car wash. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a problem with the car wash involving a missing height sign and a rocket box. However, the manager, Tracy, was amazing! She was kind, considerate, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to her understanding, compassion and attention to the situation, the outcome was much better than it could have been. We are grateful to have met such a great human!”
