Napa Auto Parts got the right part the first time. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly, Fixed a replacement gas cap for an older Ford and a problem immediately. The visit was simple and easy; a call yesterday pulled the items needed so you just come by, pay and go. The counter was the call number and name, was helpful and great. The aisle was cool bikes and go carts to look at, a favorite. Napa was the go‑to dealer for high end OEM parts, got real deal parts that were correct in fit, finish and function. Durable mechanical and electronics parts were got, and cheap air or oil filter were got.

Online ordering checkout is glitchy. Not sure the order went through twice before it actually confirmed the order completed on the #3 attempt. Picking up the order was quick and easy, Rocklin, CA location.
