“The forklift at our shop was leaking some type of fluid all over the lift portion gears. I'm not the most mechanically inclined but my boss is and he had me look up some kind of mobile forklift repair. I found their website and sent them an email letting them know what was going on. Minutes later they have me a response to schedule our repair appointment next day. The mechanic showed up right on time. He worked his magic and it was even sprinkling outside. It was all fixed up in record time and surprisingly reasonably priced for this type of on site service. I will have their number on speed dial for any future bad things that may afflict our little heavy lifting green forklift.”
“Jim is the owner and has been since the early 1970's. He and his team did a fantastic job on touching up the paint on my new car after it was scratched and damaged. “I had the unfortunate experience of having a Caltrans cone projectile into my windshield and shatter it into millions of fine particles. The shards were in every part of my car, including the ventilation system. Chris and his crew got it all out successfully, which was quite a task. They also did a great job buffing out the hood where the cone bounced off before it hit the glass. Chris worked with our insurance company (Geico) with no problems. These guys are the best of the best. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for auto body repairs. Thanks again Chris!!”

“The BIGGEST shout-out goes to Rocco Marcconi! I honestly had COMPLETLY lost any hope in dealerships. But I'm so glad that God got me to meet Special Finance Manager Rocco Marconni at Avery Greene Honda. Previously, my abusive ex-husband had COMPLETLY screwed up my credit, and even though i've been trying to build my credit, it's going with a speed of a snail. And within a span of 2 or 3 weeks, I had gone to at least 9 dealerships, and LITERALLY had no luck in getting approved ANYWHERE. I'm a single mother of 2 teen kids, and I have to commute pretty far for my work, and I needed a vehicle BAD! But Rocco worked his butt off and got me approved for....a....wait for it.....A 2019 AUDI Q5 PERMIUM?!! I mean, I've NEVER dreamt of getting driving an Audi!! But Rocco got me approved and made sure I have an EXTREMELY RELIABLE car, on top of that, he gave me SO MUCH good advice about fixing my credit. I can not thank him enough for doing this. I REALLY wish that good karma and good blessings surrounding him and his family. Because you will agree with me that you CAN NOT find people like Rocco Marcconi. I can not forget how much disappointed I was getting and was so disheartened and sad about not being able to get approved ANYWHERE. After meeting Rocco and how he put all he had to help people in a tough spot like me, it ALL MADE SENSE THEN, because God wanted me to find Rocco and wanted him to have the privilege of helping, instead of all other salespeople and dealerships, who just care about how much money they'll be making out of us. “I spent some time shopping around for a new car, and it was frustrating dealing with subpar sales reps who seemed more like poorly trained SDRs than car experts. With a small garage, I often asked about the car's dimensions, only to be met with blank stares as they fumbled with their phones to Google the information. Some didn’t even know how to fold the seats properly.
Hilltop Ford was a refreshing change. When I called, Terrence answered and casually asked when I could come in instead of pressing for my email and number to bombard me with sales emails. Terrence was knowledgeable about the cars and their value, and most importantly, he understood what I was looking for in a vehicle without trying to oversell me.
I also had a great conversation with the finance manager, who took the time to discuss the economics of the deal and treated me with respect. The used car manager was fair and genuinely listened to my reasoning for the trade-in price I was aiming for.
Overall, the experience couldn’t have been better, and I’m likely to buy my next car here.”
