“So, I stayed at this hotel for a week. One night, I got back to the hotel late, past 12:00AM. My keys didn't work on the entrance door and in my own room. I thought there was something wrong with my keys.I called the front desk and told her my keys weren't working. She tried to fix it, reactivated both but still didn't work. I went back to the front desk and told her it still wasn't working. Then, she opened my room with her employee's key. The front desk told me that their system was not good at times and reactivating my keys wouldn't work during late night hours. The following morning, I try to unlock my room door with the keys and yes, it finally works. I figured, if it was for the safety of their clients, that was fine, and understandable. But what if there wasn't a front desk available that night, how and where will I sleep? Yikes! 🙂😁😬”

“It's a great place to spend the night in Sonoma Wine Country. Hallie is wonderful as the Front Desk Manager and Linda is always warm and welcoming as the evening Desk Clerk. The Fairfield Inn is fairly new and thus the rooms are in great shape. The bathroom is spacious with great lighting and wonderful shower.”
“Absolutely loved this place and will definitely recommend. The beds were comfy, the included breakfast was far better than any other establishment I have stayed at and I stayed at a lot of places because I have to travel for work. The resident kitty is very friendly and sweet and a warm addition since we are we’re our pets at home. I would recommend human persons such as toilet paper that doesn’t break through when you’re trying to wipe your touchy May be a larger garbage can it’s staying longer than a day. 😜”

“Quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and our mountain side room was very comfortable with a giant bed, heated floors and a fireplace.
The pool is small but was nice to swim in and relax around. Spa was wonderfully relaxing.
Breakfast was included in an upscale dining room with coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and toast or bagels.
We will be back!”

All of the staff were very accommodating and kind, with a particular shout-out to Rian, who was our point person for the entire weekend and who is unbelievably warm, helpful, encouraging, and organized!”

“My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was a little slow due to issues with the new computer system but Mona at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and the manager waived our parking for the duration of our stay to compensate. I cannot say enough about Mona’s customer service; she was cheerful and friendly as we came and went during our stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. In addition we enjoyed the complimentary wine pours in the evening provided by local wineries.”

“Driving into Vinarosa I knew right away we had picked the right place. Gorgeous grounds. Lush garden vibe. So many different flowers and shrubs we could not name half of them. Beautiful colors and pleasant fragrance.
Service was first class. Professional and friendly.
There is a 1.1 mile trail through the vineyard that I took advantage of daily.
John Ash restaurant is farm to table. So Good!! ?
Highly recommend Vinarosa!!”

“Lisa and Nicole both helped me at checkout when I left at 11pm. Very nice People. My check in was equally as great. I Didn't get their names but an older man helped me back my semi truck next to the pool area and the women during the day was very nice and understanding about my semi truck. Very grateful. Thanks for the snacks Lisa and Nicole, my drive was made a little easier because of you. 😊”
“For the price this place is so great. Very clean rooms, spacious, once again CLEAN!!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only down side is not a great location, but if you’re looking for an affordable & safe/clean place to stay this is it!”

“Clean, no weird smells, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, hot shower, spacious rooms, everything you need in a motel. Sam at the reception desk was super kind and accommodating. Would stay here again! Only slightly more expensive than other nearby motels that are horribly reviewed. Definitely worth the small difference in price. Direct booking helps too vs using a 3rd party platform. A bit of noise from the street but not enough to bother me. Right next door to an organic market and across the street from a couple cafes!”
“The best inexpensive hotel I've ever stayed in in Santa Rosa. A bit awkward getting out onto Santa Rosa boulevard but the rims were very clean. The paint was new and the rooms are very large and very comfortable. I could easily spend a week there if I needed to. They're also pet friendly. The management is awesome and very friendly. I'm definitely going to make this my place to stay in Santa Rosa”

“We require pet friendly accommodations and that was a perfect fit. This review is with this in mind. Traveling with a medium size dog can be challenging. We are glad we found this gem that allows a pet with one fee for the whole stay. Room was clean with just our bathroom door sticking as an annoyance. We stayed for 4 nights. Dogs are allowed in the pool area (obviously not in water) which allowed us to enjoy this amenity. They also provide a fire pit which on our cold night, we can relax with our pooch next to us. The breakfast is better than a continental. They offered assistance with the waffle maker. Patience is needed with the morning rush. The hours are posted and they adhere to the breakfast hours. Parking was a surprise for us as we were told it is $5 a night when we checked in. I guess I didn't read the fine print on their website. We would return as we enjoyed our stay. We just wish that the pool bar was open during the week for happy hour versus just the weekend.”

“Great family-friendly hotel with fun little surprises scattered throughout.
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean, and they had a totally unexpected s'mores event — such a fun touch and delicious! Lots of nice little chill-out spots both inside the hotel and in the garden area too.
Cons: The pool was way too small and always packed, so we barely got to use it. Also parking fees were confusing — the exit gate was always open like it was free, but we still got charged $24.”
“Better than you think. It is an old best western. Some things are dated and not super fancy. The spa was closed. The room was clean and comfortable though, and it is in a safe area of town. It does have a damp old hotel room smell but for the price, you can't beat it.”
