“I have to say first off this place is very busy, but that doesn't mean they aren't very efficient in getting people in and out. If you don't have the patience to wait, then you may want to have someone else bring your device in for you. 😁 I'm only mentioning this because of a an individual breathing heavily because of the inability to wait.
Now, let's get to the customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome and friendly tone from Carlos, who was taking the information and getting the diagnosis from the customers. I've been here for at least 30 minutes, and several times, Carlos has thanked the customers for their patience and assured them they would be assisted. Having people like Carlos helping customers makes the wait much better. I can say that I will return if I have any other phone/computer issues in spite of the wait. Thank you, Carlos and the rest of the staff that is not visible, who are making the repairs in the back, you're greatly appreciated.”
“My first visit here due to a problem activating my new phone. The employee was very helpful and kind. Some of his suggestions were a little confusing though. But after he spoke with his manager, things started to make more sense. After all was said and done, my issue was resolved amicably. I would definitely visit this location again.”

“Amazing customer service. My phone was stolen a week ago, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to recover the phone number. I have a prepaid service with Simple Mobile, and I was worried because I’ve had the same number for many years, and it’s tied to all of my important accounts online. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. I am so grateful. He was able to speak to the prepaid company on my behalf, and transfer the number to a new chip which I then inserted into another old temporary iPhone in the meantime. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this cell phone store. They have many services and plans, and the service definitely is 5 stars. God bless you. Gracias.
