“I called in crisis for my stepdad in need of notary service for his dad’s medical information. It was 20 mins until the store closed so I expected no luck for same day but was hoping that we could notarize it in the morning. I spoke with Glen and immediately let him know my step dad’s dilemma, I told him I understood that they were closing and I told him the timeframe we had to get this info notarized. Glen then offered with no hesitation to stay late so that my dad could come and get this taken care of. He went out of his way to do this for my family. He was NOT asked to! Glen is a phenomenal person and a phenomenal member of the team at this store. He spoke to me with empathy and just overall kindness. My stepdad successfully got his affairs in order all because of Glen! Sometimes we forget how far kindness can stretch.
