“My Mom passed last year and had a really hard time in life even until the end with people that are suppose to be professional and care. All I can say is the Owner or whomever it was my Mom met in this, store Skylark Market must be the most humblest, sweetest caring person anyone can meet. Mother was helped the best of her life and complimented with a little extra, her favorite candy. Tears came to her eyes and mine. Too say she only appreciated your empathy and kindness is an understatement, it was pure Nirvana to Mother. I thank you for this. I see her in my dreams and she reminded me of you. God Bless.”
“No long lines very convenient fastrip is just a mess the all the lies about everything I put my flyers and his store because he said that I can when I leave the store his employees tell me that he throws our flyers in the trash after I leave his store his employees told me exactly what he does because he says if he says yes he could get more business not mine beware of faster Rosamond and Mojave independent contractors general contractors and Business owners do not put your advertisement brochures in fastrip Rosamond or Mojave”
“Love this gas station! Employees always greet you and are always friendly and helpful if you have a question. Prices are not as high as other Chevron stations, and you don't have to use cash to get the good price. I find that I get better gas mileage from this station than other, cheaper, stations. They also have free air, which a lot of other gas stations don't give people. Store is always clean. I have had such good service here that I don't go anywhere else for my gas.”
“We always stop here for gas coming into Bakersfield. They seem to have the cheapest gas prices. The store is clean. The only problem is the horrible smell coming from the men's restroom all of the time. It hits you in the face and is just gross. That's why a 4 instead of 5 stars.”
“This was ampm/arco. I was here getting gas and cigs. They have the cheapest cigs in Rosamond. And their gas is just as cheap as the gas down the street. This store is much more convenient. Its on the way to getting on the frwy to go pick my daughter up at the Hawaiian BBQ in Palmdale, next to the mall,where she works. They have good cashiers, they are polite, and helpful. I have never had any problems with their cashiers!!! I'd give them 10 star's if I could ?.”

“Great customer service! Store is the cleanest I've seen in a long time and people are very helpful. Super busy all times of the day but staff is super quick on getting you in and out, even with a big purchase. Oh and the gas prices are always the lowest in the entire AV here. Used my card at the pump and they pre charged me $100, when I went in to find out why I was charged that and the card said I needed to see an attendant inside the lady told me it was to make sure there was enough to cover the purchase and it would return to my card with the correct charge I used in gas, took a day to correct itself but it did. She also told me that if you pay inside with the card these issues wouldn't happen, been paying inside since and haven't had any other issues.”
“The day staff is great!! Especially the young Latino guy (I believe his name is Giovanni) but there is 1-2 guys who work overnight that always close the doors from about 1:30 am until like 3 am every night they work. It's frustrating because it's the closest store to me and should be a quick run to a 24 hour store but it's always closed during these times. So I waited for about 20 mins tonight and the guy comes out the back to let a woman in but when I went to the door he told me they're closed until 2:40 am for inventory and the woman was an employee. This is the main guy who closes every night he works and usually when they're closed these guys come out the bathroom (this is not the first time I waited to see how long they took to open back up). I used to work at an ampm and I worked the overnight shift and I know it was not allowed to close because we were a 24 hour location.”
“It has not been in town for maybe a year, so it's still pretty nice and clean. I was amazed at the huge selection of snacks and goodies there. Prices seem higher than the last time we went to 711 like all the time cuz it was right by our old house,but that was a few years ago.I thought that the chick at the counter was nice too. Customer service is so important....”

“Listen. I don't post reviews. I especially don't post reviews about gas stations, but this one deserves it. I have never used a cleaner, nicer gas station bathroom in my life. The attendant was very nice and you could tell she took cleanliness in the time of COVID very seriously. We were passing through on the way to Bishop. If you're looking to fill up your gas tank or your belly with snacks, I would recommend you pay this place a visit!”

“I live down the street from Short Stop so I go there frequently. Ray, the owner and Bill are awesome folks. Its a family like atmosphere in there just talking and joking around. They are a little pricey but basically have everything I need there.”
