    “I had a work trip out in CA last week and returned to NY. Now I’m working on gathering my receipts so I can submit an expense report when I realized I never got a receipt for gas. Not a huge deal, but just another annoyance to deal with in the process. I decided to call the gas station and spoke with Derek. He was super nice on the phone and scoured the info he had, but couldn’t find it. I called him back when I realized I gave him the wrong day, but since I paid at the pump he didn’t have that info readily available. I had given up at that point and was thinking about how to proceed when Derek called me back a few minutes later saying he found the receipt. He asked if I wanted to swing by to pick it up, to which I replied that I lived in NY. He sent me a picture of the receipt via text. By going above and beyond he helped eliminate one source level of aggravation in my day. Thank you Derek!”

On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
