“Hotel is fine. Rooms are good and clean, and got a nice welcome at the reception. A/C unit on the room is a bit loud.

Special thanks to Natasha from the front-desk. We left an item in our Uber, and the driver didn’t speak English so we could not communicate with him. We were desperate to get our belongings back but due to this language barrier it seemed impossible. Natasha went above and beyond to help us out and she managed to get in touch with the driver and made sure our stuff was delivered back to the hotel that night. This lady deserves all the best for the effort and kindness.”

“My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Hartford Hotel, BW this past May. We were in SoCal to celebrate my daughter's birthday and visit a number of locations throughout the LA area. In looking for a hotel, we selected this one, as it was very reasonably priced, centrally located to our desired list of destinations, had easy freeway access, looked to be in a nice, safe, area, and had good reviews. All of these factors were validated during our stay. On top of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, parking was free and plentiful, and noise levels in the area were surprisingly low despite the proximity to the freeway. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but was plentiful, of good quality, varied each day, and a good start to get going each morning. Overall, our four-night stay was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return if in the area again.”

“Amazing hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. Large rooms with great lighting and a lot of channels to choose from, free wifi and laundry facilities located on site. Close to circle k which makes snacking and getting gas incredibly convenient. The management is incredibly kind and have been very helpful during my stay.”

“For the price, this is a rather nice motel. No, you're not getting a Hilton but you get a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed and air-conditioning that works really really well.The lady that runs the place in the front office is very nice and accommodating and she gave me my choice of rooms on the first floor when I checked in last minute and she treated me very very well and this will definitely be my kind of go to if I need to stay a night somewhere if I can't stay at home for some reason type of place it's kind of a beat up property but again for what you pay for this is a very nice property.Other reviewers talked about Chinese man, who was kind of rude, I didn't particularly find him to be rude. He just simply doesn't understand a lot of English and doesn't really know all that much. I called in because I didn't know how to turn the shower on because it has got some weird set up that I have not seen in the US before where you have to actually turn the nozzle for the bath upside down and push a button, and he didn't know how to do that, but otherwise, he was kind of friendly, I guess.Update: I did end up finding a few cockroaches that I've had to kill in the bathroom area. And while I was under the impression that you could take a bath in the tub, you can't and that more than the bugs caused me to lower the rating. Still a good deal for the price.”

“Great location for my business travels. The staff is always nice. I actually don't eat in hotels, put the food at the restaurant at this DoubleTree is pretty good. Rooms are okay.”

“Great stay. Thank you. I think I left my blood pressure medication in the room. I'm calling the hotel to ask if they found them. I will update.
Update: Well, they were not helpful at all in helping me find my heart medication. Just making excuses that the manager wasn't there, the manager was never there. And to call back, I called all week with no results or help not even a curesy call from anyone. They didn't want to bother. I guess they have your money so who cares about your health. Wow.”

“Very good price very good areas shopping across the street and have big swimming pool ? they are remodeling and will have a lot of rooms available very clean inside and there is a good restaurant in front”

“They've stepped up their game and cleaned up more, and have remodeled 2 rooms, which are modernized. It is getting quieter and a lot better than what it was.”
