“I only bank at this Wells Fargo branch. it is by far the best Wells Fargo branch around. they just know how to deal with customers on a very professional level rather than the impersonal treatment at some other branches. Manager Jen is very efficient and helpful. Teller Josie is great and always helps me with such kindness and explains everything so well to me. Nic Pons, my banker is absolutely terrific. and I do not know what I would do if I didn't have Nic to service my accounts. Yes, expect longer wait times since less staff but that is happening everywhere -- this is a part of modern reality. When it is your turn, you will be treated with respect and given great service. I never have to wait that long in line despite less staff now than they had pre-pandemic.”

I came in crying because a different branch straight out told me I couldn't withdraw my own money from my CD account to pay for his surgery. And I was a mess accepting the fact that he would die because that other branch straight out told me I couldn't take my own money. But thank you south gate branch. “I have been a Wells Fargo client for over 20 years I have always been happy with them I bank at the Myrtle Ave branch wonderful people the parking is not so good but the people inside help.during the corona 19 my branch was closed and I went to the Duarte branch even waiting outside for a long time to get inside the people inside again wonderful no big issues they took care of each and everyone with a smile and a thank you now that my branch on Myrtle is back open I still go to the Duarte branch several times a week both branches are very good the people that have left to go other places and to follow there dreams I wish them all well I will miss them but I myself will co tuneup and both branches wonderful people the tellers are always thankful for you coming I and they say so they have helped me through several difficult times with out any problems I can honestly say say THANK YOU all very much at both branches my name is Karen council”

“My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.”
