“Nothing, because Joanne, Cesar and Nick from this U-Haul, these three did all these next things: Joanne checked me in quickly on a busy Wednesday of last week, February 18th, 2026 she was very well patient, prepared, and courteous to walk me through the process of renting the U-Haul van for my moving situation currently. Then on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 Cesar and Nick helped us regarding to someone was planning to call up the towing company to tow away the U-Haul because that person was so grumpy and upset that he tells Cesar we parked and blocked his driveway when it wasn’t on the driveway. So, Cesar took his courtesy thoughtful call to call me to let me know the situation, which when we quickly arrived back to the U-Haul can we took two pictures regarding to the matter and went to this U-Haul for early drop off since we do not want to go through this again. Also, we thank Cesar and for Nick to be there to assist us to check through U-Haul van and told me what is the last thing after we return the key. So overall these three agents did what’s right and amazing job on assisting helping us!!
