I had reserved the pickup truck online the day before, so the wait was minimal and very fast! The U-Haul customer assistance/sales/rental agent onsite, Joanne Inouye was very professional, personable, friendly and expeditious in her role there. I hope I remembered her first name correctly! :p Last name is definitely correct because we talked about the two Inouye sisters I went to high school with years ago and thought she may be related, but no. lol....
