A lot of noticeable enhancement, better security and cleanness. I like the management team especially Elizabeth as she is very helpful and professional. The modern amenities make the living experience so exciting and the complex location is so strategic where you are surrounded with almost everything you need within a walking distance. I highly recommend Slate Creek to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe and beautiful community.Please DO NOT increase the rent every year because it's getting out of control.Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to more good stuff to come!”

“For the price and the location this apartment was great. We noticed some mold (in the vents) and damage in the apartment prior to move in. Be prepared for them to keep a part of your security deposit telling you that you caused damage that was already there when you moved in. It was a bit noisy next to the street especially next to the gate entrance. We had over 20 maintenance requests (many batched into 1) for problems with the apartment… such as light bulbs missing or not working, toilet leaking, sink leaking. 100% not move in ready. But, on the brightside, they fixed those issues very quickly, so I’m pleased with that. If i were to live there again, I would say the 2 bedroom apartments are worth in the very low 2,000s. You get everything you need.”
