This was my first time dealing with Aaron’s and honestly after reading the reviews for this location I was so worried I’d have trouble but the complete opposite happened. Monica was very kind, and her customer service is top tier! After not being able to order extra chairs online or in store, she figured out the issue the very next day. She even called me before I could check back in with her to inform me of the great news! She has made me feel at ease about this process and extremely happy about my purchase. “Very shocked to see the reviews so low, this home depot is down the street from my rental property. I've been renovating it , so me and the workers have been becoming good friends lol. I was practically living in this Home Depot lol. I honestly can't name all the workers but I know that I've had keys made, bought tools like a sander, nail gun, jig saw, I've bought baseboards , paint, countertops carpet, I've dealt with the workers in customer service in which only one person I was NOT a fan of, older woman whole vibe was very rude, I believe she was a supervisor or a lead, very dismissive and again rude, but again didn't steal my joy because y'all have certain mangers for reasons, in which the manger did handle my situation, in which she could of done the same if she took the time to look at my receipt. I'm thankful for all the workers that took the time to give me new ideas or different approaches to my do it myself jobs. Ryan was most helpful, he was very knowledgeable on many departments. Also when the countertop installation made a mistake on my order, he stepped in to correct it. Savannah ,& Valarie was very helpful as well.”
