“I cannot even begin to express how delighted we are to work with Ferguson's and especially with Alex. We have been working on an extremely complex home remodel involving appliances, lighting, vanities, fixtures, bathtubs and more. We have high standards and have over the last 12 months worked extensively with Alex. Throughout that process, he has been patient, knowledgeable, and always there to help us in any way he can. Thanks to his dedicated support and professional approach, we can shop here with confidence. I honestly cannot imagine how any other place or sales person could have come close to achieving the level of support that we have received from Alex and the team at Fergusons.”

Carlos walked us through a trade-in of her old iPhone as well as setting up with our AT&T carrier. I literally did not have to do anything except answer a few questions for AT&T. He handled everything! kudos to Best Buy for hiring such a wonderful sales clerk who went above and beyond. I’m very impressed and will always shop at your store.”

“Very shocked to see the reviews so low, this home depot is down the street from my rental property. I've been renovating it , so me and the workers have been becoming good friends lol. I was practically living in this Home Depot lol. I honestly can't name all the workers but I know that I've had keys made, bought tools like a sander, nail gun, jig saw, I've bought baseboards , paint, countertops carpet, I've dealt with the workers in customer service in which only one person I was NOT a fan of, older woman whole vibe was very rude, I believe she was a supervisor or a lead, very dismissive and again rude, but again didn't steal my joy because y'all have certain mangers for reasons, in which the manger did handle my situation, in which she could of done the same if she took the time to look at my receipt. I'm thankful for all the workers that took the time to give me new ideas or different approaches to my do it myself jobs. Ryan was most helpful, he was very knowledgeable on many departments. Also when the countertop installation made a mistake on my order, he stepped in to correct it. Savannah ,& Valarie was very helpful as well.”
