“I came in for a head light for my wife's cars and was a little scared on how much it would be and on how hard it would be to replace and I didn't know the year of the car and when I walked in I was greeted at the door and help in less than 2mins had my part looked up and already knew where it was Tim also helped me find the year under the hood and help / show me how easy it was to install my new light I'm so happy and excited I love this place and the way he went out his way to help I love it”

“I had battery trouble on my Tahoe I called big hog on Franklin blvd and the employee Jose let me know what my problem was and recommended I go to there woodland location because it was closer to me, I called woodland they had a new battery for me it was close to there closing time on a Friday the guy working jimmy said he would stay after closing until I got there to help me with my problem.when I arrived he was waiting for me and replaced my battery. Very nice employee's all helpful and polite, the battery price was very reasonable compared to the dealer and local auto parts store Thank you big hog”

“I'm frustrated with O'Reilly Auto Parts at present, it's not so much there fault that a manufacturer puts out defective reman Holley carburetors. I ordered one overnight last Friday or Thursday last week. got the carburetor and got to looking at it and it was missing the little tit that the throttle cable connects to on it. so Monday I go over to the O'Reilly's near me and they reordered one overnight from Lubbock Texas. and it's supposed to been here by noon today. hopefully there's no manufacturer defect on this one. very highly frustrated. though I would recommend O'Reilly's Auto parts. but this is not acceptable. I've had two occasions where there was an issue with a part that was ordered. where one was a return that was sold as new. and now this with a carburetor that's a manufacturer defect to the fact there's no way to hook up the throttle cable to the carburetor because it's missing the little tit on the side. image number one is a new carburetor that I got. and the second image is my old carburetor. still waiting on the exchange to come in so the new carburetor can be exchanged for the new carburetor. It is a Holley 4180 rematch factored by timco or tomco. after a little searching it looks like jegs carries the parts. but they're delayed till next month. why can't the store have the parts we need, all that's right, they want to put all the accessory's for vehicles in place of necessities for vehicles.”

“Great store with a great inventory and an even greater staff. I can't recall the name of the man who helped me out but he was a young man who was able to replace my car battery with no problem. He was very quick to get me checked out and swap out the battery. I was expecting this whole endeavor to take about an hour but it ended up only being about 10 mins total. The entire staff was friendly and helped out the other customers in the store as well as myself. Overall this was the best experience I've had at a parts store!”
