He dint try to take us to the most expensive bike, he was very honest and told me what and what not to get. And we went there three times. The first time like I said very honest, second time got the bike I wanted and the one that John directed to us, the third time it was after something in the bike wheel and I called 30 minutes before closing and he told me come in and he fixed in less than ten minutes. When I took my mountain bike back out after a few months of it collecting dust I realized my front fork was having some issues so I took it into Mike’s bikes of Roseville. While I was there I was met with a warm welcome and immediate acknowledgment by staff. I fell in love with the bike and Andy made sure I was able to test out all of my options along with setting me up with the proper fit.
