Today I went to this store with my family to buy some crocs and shoes for my kid. The staff attitude was the worst I’ve ever seen. I will never go back again.

Customer service here is very bad. The attendance are very rude. Let’s not speak about the customer service manager Tamara. She’s one of the worst employees there smelling like cannabis and like alcohol. Very rude to the customers.

Customer service has been bad for a while. Why do the employees seem genuinely bothered when asked for a size or a general question…..?Makes me not want to shop there
