“I love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.”

“Janie and Jack, hands down, has some of the most adorable children's clothing you will ever see. And, now that the sizes have expanded into older children and teens, you can get more bang for your buck. Their clothing holds up very well, but babies and toddlers grow so fast I was hesitant to spend that much money on outfits (although, they always have a great little clearance selection here). The customer service at this store has improved greatly over the years. A woman name Carey/Keri assisted me the last time I was in and was excellent in her service. I went in not intending to purchase but because of her, I ended up making a purchase. I will be back to this location.”

“I have frequented this store regularly. I've had many positive experiences here, and I love the clothing. On many occasions I have been assisted by a young female with red streaks in her hair. She was kind, professional and incredibly helpful. She is one of many staff members at this location that has exhibited a high level of professionalism and kindness. I will continue to frequent this location because of the consistent stellar treatment and service I have received from this employee and fellow staff. It's definitely a rarity these days. The next time I'm there, I will make it a point to acknowledge her and thank her.”

“This review is mainly for my Gucci SA, Julie Cadena. She is very lovely, nice, and friendly (greets with a big smile :-D). She's also very accommodating in providing the items I am interested in (including the adorable animal print design "Pikarar" by Angela Nguyen, although I didn't get to buy the belt bag that I wanted because it was sold out; I was too late!) - looking up availability, bringing them for me to try on, and taking the time to help me with my choices (I didn't feel rushed or pressured). She also promptly responds to my text messages. My visit to the store is always very pleasant. All transactions have been smooth. Thanks to Julie!Also, while Julie was on her honeymoon vacation, another SA named Eddie (I believe his name was) helped me. He's also very nice, friendly, and accommodating.As for the store selections or items on display, there are so many gorgeous bags and SLGs to choose from. I like how they are all showcased around the the store's very stylish and splashy interior design - very colorful and attractive. I'm in total awe! :-D”

“Went shopping here for some last minute school shoes. We were dashing store to store and the mall was bout to close in 7 minutes looking for shoes for our son. Most stores were already shutting their doors but the the ladies working the counter didn't make any of the customer feel uncomfortable or rushed. There was maybe 3 other families in the store. And the ladies could have warned everyone the mall was closed but instead they were still grabbing shoes and ringing people up. Back to school shopping g is already stressful so I thought that was nice. Thank you Leilena R.”

“The H&M store in Roseville Galleria is big, but I feel it needs to be remodeled soon. The store carries a lot of clothes for all ages and genders. They have a lot of accessories items in stock too. The cashiers at the checkout counter are fast. The line moves quickly. I think I saw a sign that said H&M will close for remodeling soon. I hope I will go shopping in a new store next time!”

“I had the best experience I've had at any Abercrombie location today with Malou. She went above and beyond helping me find the highly sought after viral "tik tok" jeans and I couldn't be happier. She was on top of getting people into dressing rooms from the moment I walked in the store and her exceptional service just kept getting better. She took me around the store, looked online, at other stores' stock and even looked in the back where she ended up finding the jeans I wanted. She is amazing! Girl needs a promotion, raise or both. If she's not on a management position, she needs to be. Thank you!”

“I have shopped and sold a lot of kids clothes, shoes, books, and toys at Roseville Once Upon A Child. The store is clean and organized. Easy to find items. Customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly. There are wide variety of items to buy. From books to toys, shoes, babies to big kid clothes and many more that you don't find in bigger stores. Prompt service and price is right for a consignment store. Selling to the store was a breeze. Drop and go, and come back at the time stated to get paid for the items they buy and pick up the items they choose not to buy.”

“I am surprised about the low rating for this store. I notice a lot of the reviews are 8 to 10 years old however. Today I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store by Angelique. Once I was in the dressing room, I didn't have to leave one time. She brought me every size that I needed, and was there when I needed her. She was very helpful, suggesting items to try on and very congenial. The quality of the clothing there is also very good and there are many things to select from. Don't let the rating that they have and these old reviews keep you from going there. Not only was Angelique very friendly the other staff was as well. It was a great shopping experience, and I highly recommend this store.”
