“I had the best experience ever with “V” in the men’s suit department. He did a great job giving me recommendations on what would fit well and even sized me and got me into the best fitting suit. I cannot remember the last time I had that level of customer service provided to me. He was very nice and professional to me and my wife.”

“I forgot the name of an employee who helped me find shirts for my grandsons. She was so amazing. I gave up trying to find the WWE shirts, but wow she didn't. She found it, I was shocked by how much effort she put into helping me. Thank you so much, I will find a way to get her name. You deserve a million stars. ? ????????????????????????”

“My wife went into the Athleta store after surviving breast cancer and having double mastectomy, she wanted to find breast inserts. Amanda the store associate made sure she got exactly what she wanted and was so considerate as this was an emotional experience. We hope that Amanda is recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you”

“I just had THE BEST experience at Gap Roseville at the Galleria Mall shopping for myself, which btw I haven’t wanted to do in a long time. Full 5 stars all the way!!! The attentive, personable, helpful and knowledgeable staff were right there and ready to direct me to the sale racks which had an extra 40% off. Woohoo!!! I used to shop at Gap when my girls were small and in kids clothes. Btw I loved that chapter in our book of life!! But my girls are grown now, so I guess I will look forward to someday (no rush lol) the next chapter when I can shop at Gap again for adorable outfits for my grand kids. Yayyyy!!!! Thank you ladies at Gap Roseville…you know who you are and you Rock!!! Please keep doing what you do best with great customer service…this breath of fresh air is noticed and MUCH appreciated in this day and age!!!”

“We love the quality of all the clothing, I love my sweatshirts they are so warm and cozy, and the material of the shirts feel like such a great quality, we love them all! We can say honestly say besides all the amazing clothes, the men shoes (slides) are hard as a rock and not comfortable to wear and unfortunately they do run larger than normal size. Otherwise, everything else so far has been very comfortable and we will continue to wear Psycho Bunny ?☠️Bonus tip, sign up for their text alerts to get notifications on sale items! Enjoy”

“Went shopping here for some last minute school shoes. We were dashing store to store and the mall was bout to close in 7 minutes looking for shoes for our son. Most stores were already shutting their doors but the the ladies working the counter didn't make any of the customer feel uncomfortable or rushed. There was maybe 3 other families in the store. And the ladies could have warned everyone the mall was closed but instead they were still grabbing shoes and ringing people up. Back to school shopping g is already stressful so I thought that was nice. Thank you Leilena R.”

“I had the best experience I've had at any Abercrombie location today with Malou. She went above and beyond helping me find the highly sought after viral "tik tok" jeans and I couldn't be happier. She was on top of getting people into dressing rooms from the moment I walked in the store and her exceptional service just kept getting better. She took me around the store, looked online, at other stores' stock and even looked in the back where she ended up finding the jeans I wanted. She is amazing! Girl needs a promotion, raise or both. If she's not on a management position, she needs to be. Thank you!”
