Always smiling always helpful always Considerate and very patient with me. I’m at the Sylvan branch, and every time I see her she’s greeting me with a smile. My belongings have been in storage for a while now, and all of your Public Storage staff has been very nice. Makala is awesome. Thank you for hiring such a friendly staff. “I just want to start out by saying i could not be happier with theservice I received today at the Greenback and San Juan property. I went down to make a big payment after not being able to make payments for a few months due to accident I had. The member of the staff that helped me was Aaron. He helped me settle the bill and got me a new lock. He meet me at my unit and due to the nerve damage in my hand he didn't hesitate to help me with the door. The tires on my Harley Davidson had gone flat and the bike had fallen over. Aaron without hesitation hopped right in there to help me stand up and stabilize this 800 pound bike. I am pretty sure I couldn't have done it without him.Its good to know that there are still people out there that take pride in customer service.
