This was the first year he needed an insert to help stabilize his gait. So we were very pleased when everything was explained and we picked out new shoes a brand that my son had not tried. Here in Roseville it's sunny and too warm for what I packed. Needed to find a cheap long sleeve shirt for work the next morning. Found this establishment directly across the freeway and was closing in less than an hour. Arrived and was assisted with my options by a gentleman who works here. Got an awesome shirt for a great price and was out the door quickly. Convenient location, outstanding customer service and great prices. I'll visit here again.”

“From Illinois. My local J.Jill in Kildeer,IL is awful. Snooty sales people who ignore you if you do not know you. Everything I own with the exception of underwear and some shoes are J.Jill. The staff at Roseville are the opposite. Always welcoming and helpful. The store is very neat with everything in it's place. I am glad I am temporarily located out here so I can shop there. My store made me switch to shopping online exclusively.”
“My son loves this store and shops there often. He really likes the employees he has encountered especially Dylan. Well today I went in to see if I could return a pair of pants my son purchased only a couple of months ago. The butt completely ripped. The manager (I think) told me he would do it this once and never again. He said rips like that happen from rough housing. My son is not a rough kid and they ripped while he was at a Spanish enrichment class so there was nothing crazy happening. I told him this and he smirked and shrugged asking me “well do you watch him 24/7 to know that for sure?” His attitude was rude and condescending and I felt like he was basically accusing me of lying.
From my perspective, even if my kid was “rough housing”, jeans shouldn’t rip after only a couple of months of wear. Jeans should be built to be durable. Especially pants sold and a clothing store marketed to skaters. He has jeans he HAS skated in and had for way longer and they didn’t rip like that.
The girl who helped me with the return was nice though and we did get our refund but I could have gone without the attitude and skepticism. I’m not over here trying to get one over on Zumies to get free pants. I just think when you are paying the price they are, the quality should match and they should last.”

However, he took the time to find and set aside the exact shoes I needed and was incredibly patient helping me throughout the entire process. Five star service all the way!”
“I love this store. It's located in The Fountains outdoor mall. Parking is free but a bit of a hassle on a weekend day, which deducts a star. The store itself is clean and offers petite and regular sized clothes up to size 14. Their sizes run large so if size 14 is tight on you, you might enjoy the fit of these clothes. They offer different cuts for different shapes too. The selection is a mix of date night and office wear with a touch of sophistication. They have fabulous shorts in the summer. The staff are very friendly and helpful; will get new sizes and different options for you while in their super cute dressing room. Prices are mid level but they do offer good sales at times that bring prices down a lot. If it weren't for the parking, this would get 5 stars.”

“Went shopping here for some last minute school shoes. We were dashing store to store and the mall was bout to close in 7 minutes looking for shoes for our son. Most stores were already shutting their doors but the the ladies working the counter didn't make any of the customer feel uncomfortable or rushed. There was maybe 3 other families in the store. And the ladies could have warned everyone the mall was closed but instead they were still grabbing shoes and ringing people up. “I’ve been shopping at Garage for almost 4 years now. I have had so many different experiences with hundreds of different employees. My recent time I’ve been in there was yesterday (1/13) and the store was super dead I mean all of the employees/managers were talking to each other at the cash register because there were only two people shopping; me and another girl. As a retail worker myself I’m able to understand what it’s like to be the customer and the employee, and what I saw at Garage was normal. I was still customer serviced by one of the workers there and they offered their help if I needed anything. I ended up buying one of their tops that were on sale. Overall my experience in that store was great and the employees there are super sweet too.”
