βJohnathon here at boot town is amazing. Brought my old Stetson 6X Back to life. that hat was looking pretty rough and he got it wedding ready in less than an hour. Beautiful Traditional shape. He even deep cleaned and stiffened it. Super happy about this place and Johnathon. Definitely come here for all your western accessories and needs.β
βLike many customers, I was so grateful to find an expert that could make a custom adjustment to two pairs of leather sandals, both in perfect condition except for one non-adjustable strap on each shoe that for some reason, was far too loose and didn’t match the rest of the straps. The owner, Slavic, was able to take measurements from me trying on both pairs and one week later, I picked them up and they fit perfectly! The straps had all been secured at the exact length I needed them to be. Highly recommend this business and will definitely be back.β

βSalesperson (I believe her name was Heather) listened to my needs and took time to explain shoe construction and how certain shoes would benefit me more than others. She measured my feet and showed me four different shoes. It has been a long time since I purchased shoes and had the sales person provide the amount of effort she did to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Very good experience will definitely return.β
βWent to the shop for the first time today to get my sonβs board looked at to replace a missing hex nut and adjust. Super friendly guy got him back on the board super fast. Gave some great advice, too. Sure wish we knew about this place before we bought his board. Highly recommend and weβll be back for all the skateboarding needs.β

βAmazing customer service, I was helped by I think her name was Leah or Tia but she was fantastic, I returned two pairs of shoes that were a little too tight for me (I had never bought sketchers before but after a long day they were just a little too tight) she helped me get credit for two pair plus I bought an extra pair I was so happy with their business practices at the comfort of their shoes.
