“Like many customers, I was so grateful to find an expert that could make a custom adjustment to two pairs of leather sandals, both in perfect condition except for one non-adjustable strap on each shoe that for some reason, was far too loose and didn’t match the rest of the straps. The owner, Slavic, was able to take measurements from me trying on both pairs and one week later, I picked them up and they fit perfectly! The straps had all been secured at the exact length I needed them to be. Highly recommend this business and will definitely be back.”

She measured my feet and showed me four different shoes. “Came here with the goal of a sneaker that looked good with baggier silhouette outfits and the employee named Stephanie was soooo helpful!!! She recommended several options that she thought would fit what I had in mind, and went to retrieve them in my size. When they didn’t have the exact color I wanted in stock she brought the shoes in a different color so that I could check the fit. Stephanie also helped me with ordering the correct color of the shoe that I decided to get so that it could be shipped to me. Throughout the whole process she was so great and helpful! I would not have gotten the shoes that I needed if not for her! 10/10 experience!”

“Walked in an hour before closing without a reservation. Was told it would be about a 25 min wait for wanting help from an employee. I didn’t mind the wait and it was worth it. They have a tv screen that plays a slideshow and also shows your place in line. When it was my time, a worker named Brandon came up to me and asked what I needed. I let him know and he guided me to the process of scanning my feet. It was a quick process that I could just keep my socks on. After explaining to me the 3D scan of my feet, he gave me the three best shoe options I could ask for without having to look for myself. He let me try on all three and was extremely knowledgeable on all the shoes. Because of Brandon I ended up getting one and will gladly go back for another.
