“I drive a few miles to this grocery off and on...it has been a very good market for years! They have good produce and fresh, often very reasonably priced product. They have their own butchers and their meats are high quality and seem very fresh! There is always a butcher on duty which isn't always the case in major chains. The store is VERY clean whenever I stop in and NOW DAYS, what I appreciate even MORE....most every check lane in open with a REAL checker to do their job, and with a good attitude! I'm so tired of receiving less and less customer service and paying the same high prices as places that provide help!!!Kudos to Stater Brothers for the quality customer service as well as a pleasant and quality place to shop in East L.B. near Milliken High School.”

“SUPER clean, with a vast variety of products and produce: I esp. like the array of ORGANIC produce--better than Trader Joe's, and not terribly high-priced.Bakery items are usually expensive--but are expensive most places. Sometimes "specials" are available.Very friendly staff- showed me - a "newbie" to the store - all around for specific products. Occasional samples given...When in La Mirada I often handily shop here for a few select things. Thanks, Stater Bros.!”
“I've wanted to see cost wise if it was better than the store and or stores I usually go to closer! And the prices were pretty much the same it seems but when all is done I think I got out of there pleasantly surprised with a gang of goods for less $$$ very good... I never give 5 star unless they do extraordinary things”
“I'm glad I was able to stumble upon this small butchery. I got the brisket sandwich and it was a pretty sizable amount. It was pretty good but the brisket was a little dry, but the guac and salsa helped . But overall a pretty good sandwich”
“Love Stater Brothers, but with everything that's been going on last few years, the economy, etc. Prices are rising everywhere, so Stater Brothers doesn't have the good prices it used to. But, they still have a lot of good deals and sales.”
“Great meat, great service. The butcher noticed I wasn't too happy with the fillet size of the porterhouse without me saying anything, so he looked in the back and then cut a new piece for me. My only regret is not asking for at thicker cut. Got it marinated, came out delicious. Paid in cash. If you are looking for quality meats and willing to pay a little extra, highly recommend this place.”

This was a direct result of the reply I received from STATER BROS and MISSY!!!I understand that you might tend to believe that some, maybe even most of the managers/owners/employees of the places I have visited and reviewed would send a response when I do post comments and a review....but not all of them do!!!!Shout out to Missy @StaterBros for the quick reply. I also liked that Missy, although it was an almost perfect review, which usually would just warrant a thank you reply, instead went a step further and asked me if there was anything she could do to assist me if something was not correct, at my recent visit!! She also encouraged me to continue to give them additional feedback in the future so they can always improve and be learning!! Great Job Stater Bros and Missy!!! ??”

“I felt this sudden urge for chicharrones and guac and so I took the Yelp rabbit hole and found this place. Little meat market in the middle of Norwalk that has big charm, friendly service, and an excellent reputation for their meats. Their chicharrones were crunchy and fresh. My intrigue though, came from the taco shop they own that is right next to them. I am definitely going to have to come back and try this spot.”

“The food was great! I had the Wagyu Galbi which is short ribs with rice, cole slaw and kale salad. Very delicious. The food was prepared quickly. The sides were good and the meat was excellent. Tender well and well seasoned. I will be going back here. Limited number of tables to eat at inside.Parking: Reasonable amount of parking, I'm sure at lunch it's crowded”

“Came here to grab a breakfast burrito. Solid menu options. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Quality of the burrito was good overall. No wow factor, but definitely worth the trip. Their sauce was a nice audition. It was at a medium spicy level for me. Plenty of parking. They share the lot with 7-11. They don't have seating inside, so this is a take and go type of spot. Looking forward to coming back.”
“ATTN: #HollywoodLocationScouts, This old store would be great for filming a 60s or 70s movie. Remodeling over the years must have been very basic and only essential. There's a very busy in-n-out in the small parking lot so be careful entering from that side. This is an old in-n-out, I'm thinking late 70s/early 80s..So this Stater Bros surprises me with what they carry and upsets me with what they don't. That's what you get when the store space is smaller than modern supermarkets. As a sales/discount shopper I found some things on sale, some stuff priced too high, and other things just right. Similar to the Ralph's 1/4 miles south of Stater Bros. In closing, this store is on Doordash. Check for closing hours.”
