“While I haven't moved in yet, this review is mainly for my interactions with Jessica from management and the maintenance/groundskeeping team during my interactions and experiences visiting the apartments so far.
I must say, there's a reason why these apartments have such consistently high reviews! Mainly from seeing how Jessica manages the apartments and her excellent customer service and people skills! Her exceptionally and genuinely nice and thoughtful personality is definitely the main selling point for me right now, and all her awards show that she is definitely the reason why so many people stay at these apartments long term and are happy living here (based on the stories and people I've talked to here as well).
And from a price comparison to other apartments in the area, this place is a no brainer! Gated parking, garages, Amazon Hub locker, on-site laundry, community pools, close proximity to the freeway and shopping centers and restaurants, on-point and communicative management and maintenance teams... for similar apartments at this price during this economy especially with rising rent, you are getting a great deal!

“Going on to month 2 being here and so far I’ve loved every bit of it, Matt has been outstanding from day one, maintenance staff has been quick to fix any small issue I’ve had, neighbors are great, very quiet neighborhood, moved her based on good reviews of the place and AMC and have yet to be disappointed. Biggest complaint I have is trash cans get overly full and can smell a bit at times, but that’s just being nit picky and having to walk past them every day. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends.”
“My time here at Monterra Springs was short but thanks to Anahi, it was very sweet. Anahi was insanely helpful and great to work with. Monterra Springs was clean, quiet, and had everything I was looking for from a complex. Also, PARKING! Having a dedicated parking spot is very key and it made coming home a breeze, knowing I didn't have to fight for parking. Everything in the unit was brand new, Nest AC (love that), and very spacious! I have huge furniture, and I still felt like I was able to move in my unit with ease. If you're looking for a place to live, I would highly consider looking here! Just ask for Anahi!!”

He goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for him. this is a wonderful place to live, they have a lot of activities for the seniors mostly every day there’s something going on. Birthdays are celebrates every month and holiday. I give this place a great big thumbs up ?.”
“I’ve lived here for a while now and the team is the best Leslie, Anabey, and Jeremy are in the front desk and they are super helpful with everything and anything. The porters specially Julia try their best to keep this place looking great. The technicians handle work orders in a timely manner. The area itself is nice and everything is walking distance.”
“Trailer parks are ok they have a security guard driving around and a automatic gate at night that is automatically closed and only residents with remote can open.”

“Executive Park is in a great location. Freeway is right by which is very convenient for commuters, and there are many options of grocery stores and restaurants within just a few miles. Guiselle in the leasing office is very courteous and always helpful. It's truly a nice place with nice staff. Anselmo the maintenance technician is great too.”
“I know that this place here was my very first apartment back in don't remember the year but the rent was only $500 had some roses but I love the place landlord name was Oscar in the maintenance man with some Macy peace and love..”

Only comment they left the light on, so I knew they replaced it but just in case other things that aren’t so noticeable you guys probably should put some kind of a tag on the door that tells the apartment person that the issue has been fixed. Again, not a complaint just a suggestion.”
“I've lived here for nearly a month and I just love it. The units themselves are spacious and comfy, the grounds around the property are gorgeous and give me lots of room to walk my dogs, and all of the tenants I've met so far have been very nice. The office staff including Cynthia, Maggie and Thea are all very nice and are very responsive. I love it and plan to make this my home for many years to come. If you're looking for a place to move in the La Palma/Cerritos/Norwalk area, you can't go wrong here.”

My name is Noorzad I have lived at Casa La Palma Apartments for 4 years, and my experience has been excellent. The community is very clean, well-maintained, and a truly beautiful place to live. I am especially grateful to the management team—Sofia Muñoz is an outstanding manager who runs everything with professionalism and care, and the assistant manager, Polly Ouk, is always kind, helpful, and attentive. All of the staff members are friendly and supportive, which makes living here even more enjoyable. I am very happy to call Casa La Palma my home we miss you guys ??❤️”
“Our family lived here for 6 yrs and we absolutely loved it. Amazing value for the money. Schools in the area are A1. Location is in great proximity to all shopping and local restaurants. Management and maintenance team are truly outstanding. They are all very friendly and make you feel like a part of the community. Cecilia took over as the manager a few years ago and we instantly saw a turnaround in the complex. She is truly an exceptional manager. She installed additional lighting in the walkways and security cameras in the parking areas and both vehicle entrances to the complex. Upgraded gym equipment and free weights were added. Brand new playground equipment and regularly maintained play area. Juan, Matt and Jared in maintenance are always quick to take care of any issues that arise around the complex or in the unit. All around great community and place for a family to live. My kids had so many friends in the complex and we made friends with quite a few of the parents as well. Lots of the people who live here have lived here for quite a while. Usually I find that a good sign of a solid place to stick around. If we hadn't found a home for our family, we would definitely still live here. Inner apartments off the street side are a bit more quiet. We lived upstairs and rarely ever heard the neighbors except for some surround sound systems but that's normal for apartment living. I highly recommend this place if you're considering moving in here. Thank you Cecilia and the rest of the team. We will miss you all.”
“My parents Juan and Silvia have lived at Cinnamon Ridge for almost one year now and they have had the most wonderful experience living there so far. They tell me the neighborhood and location of the complex are fantastic but also the staff of the complex really makes living there worth it. As someone who lives and works in LA, it’s hard being apart from my parents, but from the minute we toured with Sarah I Immediately felt they were in good hands. I can have peace of mind knowing that they are well taken care of.
