“This is a review of their online purchase and pick up service at the front counter. Ordered the new Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and a Nintendo switch pro controller on their website which they had limited stock. I was able to reserve these items right away and within 1 hour of placing the orders online, I got a notification that they were ready for in person pick up. The line for the service desk hasn't been too long since the past 3 times I've visited despite this being a major target hub/store for Rowland Heights. Staff was friendly and helpful. When picking up your item; make sure to have your ID and your barcode from the target app (preferably) since it makes the whole process easy and faster for both the employee and for yourself. The price I paid for these items were of good value and in mint condition so can't complain there. I'll definitely order more from this convenient service for any of my gaming needs!”

“I had a scare while shopping at Target earlier—I nearly lost my iPhone 17 Air. I'm home now, but the shock still hasn't completely worn off…

I was pushing my cart and browsing when I suddenly realized the phone that had been in my hand just moments ago was gone. I wanted to ask someone to help track it, but in a panic, I couldn't recall a single phone number. I rushed over to a young staff member and asked him to call my number, but we still couldn't find it.

I retraced my steps through the aisles, but still no sign of my phone. Then I spotted a middle-aged employee and decided to ask for help again—and this time, I found the right person! ????

He had just heard my phone ringing, followed the sound, and found it lying somewhere unattended. He kept it safe and had already turned it in to the customer service desk, where he confirmed my identity and returned it to me…

Even now, my heart hasn't fully calmed down from the scare. These days, our phones carry nearly half of who we are—losing it is about so much more than just losing a phone.

I'm incredibly grateful to that middle-aged employee with the graying beard, named Will. It's because of employees like him that Target continues to thrive—and it's why I'll keep being a loyal customer.
