The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. Friends who are not using mobile phone packages to pay are welcome to come to this store and you will definitely be happy. very satisfied! ?”
“The Verizon at the location of 1015 Nogales St Ste 111, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 is really good. I highly recommended Roger, he is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He is very patient with the customers. We were there and he helped us to go through all the complicated steps. He made things very smoothly. He is fluent in both mandarin and English if someone needs mandarin services. We had a great experience with Roger at this store. I highly recommend him if you need to go to Verizon.”

“I switched from ATT to T-Mobile in September, and it was not from this store, but I encountered problems when transferring data, and it didn't solve the problem after uploading to iCloud for four days. A girl from this store spent almost an afternoon to help me sort out the data transfer and many apps. She really helped me a lot. I was very touched by her patience, and it was free.”
“This is a review of their online purchase and pick up service at the front counter. Ordered the new Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and a Nintendo switch pro controller on their website which they had limited stock. I was able to reserve these items right away and within 1 hour of placing the orders online, I got a notification that they were ready for in person pick up. The line for the service desk hasn't been too long since the past 3 times I've visited despite this being a major target hub/store for Rowland Heights. Staff was friendly and helpful.When picking up your item; make sure to have your ID and your barcode from the target app (preferably) since it makes the whole process easy and faster for both the employee and for yourself. The price I paid for these items were of good value and in mint condition so can't complain there. I'll definitely order more from this convenient service for any of my gaming needs!”
