“My friend from the San Francisco area said this was the best Thai cuisine she has had. It was excellent, tasty, well seasoned. The week days at the Lake are slow, so the service was fast and efficient. Weekends are crowded. Host and server were very friendly and professional. The meal arrived quickly. It was presented nicely and was hot. Sauces were served with the meal and were very good. I will definitely return.”

“Inside the Food 4 Less. The ATMs west of there for Chase and BoA often have vagrants hanging around and this is a good place to stop if you are headed up the hill to the casino and want to avoid their $5 fee.”
“I went to this branch after leaving the Boulder branch that wouldn't help me. They helped me right away with opening a new account. I highly recommend this branch if you need personal service. They are the best!!!”
“Went into branch to wire funds. I like they are very thorough with asking for more than just one form of ID. They were very patient with me with getting the wire information off their app on my phone. They wired the money and within an hour the receiving party confirmed they had the wire. Chase is a big bank and I'm not crazy about calling their 800 number. But the last time I called their 800 I got prompt service. I do like my chase Amazon credit card that gives me 5% off any Amazon purchases. I do know if I go into ANY branch of Chase that the people are very friendly and they will take care of my request. Thank you chase.”

“I would like to say after much difficult time with BofA representative on the phone, a visit in person at this branch quickly turned my experience around.I was greeted by Richard Chavez (credit solutions advisor) and he was able to quickly fix my issue in a matter of minutes.He listened to the problem, asked what my suggestions would be, and displayed his competence with professionalism, efficiency, and overall great customer service.Some of the customer “service” representatives could take a lesson from this guy. It’s okay to not have the answer to a problem, but it’s not okay to not be willing to FIND that answer.Take notes from this guy.Richard Chavez great service!!!”

It does not matter to me that they do not have an ATM, because I know that when I need to get into the bank, they are open. I feel very lucky to have a bank within the facility of running Springs since we are such a small town.
