Greenhaven Ace Hardware is a very good neighbor hardware store and an excellent mom and pop local hardware store with a family feel. It is the helpful hardware folks in the neighborhood. The workers are extremely friendly and so helpful, greeting customers and offering assistance. They take the time to figure out what you need and the best way to help, providing personal service. Customers are helped without feeling judged. Although sometimes the store is out of a specific item, it is a convenient shopping experience where you can get in and out. The store has a great BBQ section and offers quality products. It is a place with great vibes, committed to being "the Helpful Place" by helping neighbors.
I walked in and was helped right away. Young man even showed me how to take care of my saw that I bought! Then he carried it out and put it in my car. Great service indeed!

Very good neighbor hardware store. Although I try to go to them 1st , sometimes they're out.of what I came in for...so I have to go to home depot ☹
