“I made a large purchase at Emigh Hardware, requiring delivery. Once the delivery was dropped off, I recognized an issue, no fault of mine or Emigh. I called to report my issue & how we might resolve it with the dept. manager. The owner of the store, Brian, came to my home to do an assessment and was able to resolve the problem that same day. Thank you Brian & your crew for going beyond the call of duty!! You are all highly appreciated!!”

“Even though when I first walk in and was greeted by a very kind woman and personally set me to the exact spot of equipment I was looking for which was helpful so I thank her for that. But the second employee the one who not only help me decide what better equipment I should get for the project I'm working on, he also was very kind gave me his full attention and even took his earpiece out of his ear when apparently the first time lady was blowing him up probably saying some very profiling type information about me because shake up following me around from a distance thinking I won't notice her. Not sure why maybe because I was wearing a backpack and she was making sure I was trying to steal something that's my only logical explanation I can come up with. Put the second employee and the guy who related to my project and even gave me some really good ideas that helped my project when will continue to help my future projects and share this wisdom and experience which taught me so much and I learned so much from that man so I wish I remember his name but I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. And to the to woman too I wanted to thank you as well because you were just doing your job I get it you must have had a lot of youngsters like me steal from there before so I'm not taking it personally and I appreciate your kindness. But A wise man once told me the never judge a book by its cover. Honestly if it wasn't for that man I'll probably be giving this a one-star rating and never returning to spend money at that store ever again because in all honesty that's a very disrespectful thing of her to do especially since there was nothing suspicious in my behavior.”

After he rang me up he just left the items on the counter and didn't offer to bag them. I had to reach across the counter onto his side to get my stuff. Generational thing? Maybe...”

Part of my original request was accidentally missed, but they went above and beyond to make it right and took care of the repair quickly. I really appreciated the way they handled everything—definitely recommend!”
“I just come here to get CO2 for my aquarium and appreciate the quickness at which this gets done. You bring an empty 5 LB tank, pay, and then it's swapped for a full one. Done in probably 4-5 minutes.
As of 8/29/2025, it comes out to $29 after taxes and fees.”
“These guys are great! They may not be the cheapest, but their prices are fair. What I like is that they carry a lot of unusual hardware. Like ball-joint rod-ends, or copper Pop-rivets. Torx-head machine screws too. Their tools are on the pricey side, but no worse than anyone else who sells similar quality. The best part is when I need it today, they almost always have it! The guys are really helpful too.”

“I was recommended this company by a friend. I broke the shower door while adjusting it. The shower enclosure was builder grade back when our house was built in 2004. So no replacement was available. I contacted several glass companies and I was also recommended by a different glass company to call Atlas Shower door. I called them and had an estimate in couple days and installed a new enclosure installed in a week for around half of all the other glass companies. I will continue to use Atlas Glass for the rest of our glass needs. Thank you Atlas Glass.”
