“This is the best credit union around Sacramento and I have had membership in many. I have now been with SchoolsFirst for over 20 years! Used to be Schools Federal Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Always someone there to help you find answers to any of your questions. Employees always greet customers with a friendly smile and "hello". They even greet me by my first name which makes me feel really special. I recently encountered a situation where someone had hacked into my computer and I was concerned that the hacker may have gotten some of my financial information. SchoolsFirst customer service reps. worked and guided me through the steps needed to resolve that situation. The hacker, by the way, had not been able to get into my financial information. This branch goes out of their way to keep your account safe as well as walking you through most any financial issues you may be having. Thank you SFFCU for your great customer service!!”

“I've been a member for more than a dozen years and have to say that this is one of my favorite branches. Based on services, staff is very well trained and knowledgeable in every banking area. I've had their support with car loans, personal loans, credit cards, and investments. Of course, there's much more to say but if in doubt, become a member and see for yourself.”
“Came in to deposit some coins only to realize I don’t have an actual checking account with Chase (only a CC). Despite this, the teller was both patient and courteous and helped exchange my coins without any issues. Excellent service and professionalism.”

“Jorje Macias "MADE" time for me from day 1 .. Even though he was busy, he has always called me back and put time aside for me to help me with all my small needs.. He has become the branch manager lately but still makes time to serve me as a personal banker..When all other banks that I went to pushed me into a long wait with rude service, F&M was there for me and helped me on the spot.. They gave me free checking and helped me build my credit at a very low rate.. F & M bank on Florin road is the best in the business”
“I rarely post reviews but this time I genuinely want to give a shoutout to the staff at this surprisingly small semi-hidden location inside a Safeway. I was having kind of a rough day but the cashier (whose name I did not get) and Angela M. —branch manager— were helpful. Angela was very transparent and resourceful. Although my issue could not be resolved right then and there, Angela offered me her contact information to follow up on my request next week. Great customer service. Thank you, girls!”
