“This shop is amazing. My car had issues over the weekend. I was afraid that a replacement was going to be multiple thousands of dollars and multiple days in the shop.
That was not the case. I contacted them in the morning, they set up an appointment at 11:30 and had my car diagnosed by 11:45 and when I agreed to install a new hybrid battery. It was extremely affordable and finished in one hour. I highly recommend this shop for your hybrid battery replacement.”
“I came here to buy a headlight bulb after noticing it was out. I didn't know what size I needed, so the cashier Jake kindly offered to look up the size for my car and gave me different options. I then mentioned that I was going to ask someone to change out the bulb for me since I didn't know how, and he offered to change it since the store wasn't too busy at the moment and another associate was there. I totally wasn't expecting that for no extra charge. I wish I had cash on me to give him a tip, but he said he was just happy to help. So the least I could do is leave a positive review for Jake. I highly recommend this store for friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.”

“We think it was Sergio 5/26 around 5pm our AC Fuse/Relay went out - Great assistance got us a fuse and got AC working before we had to drive home in the heat so appreciate them letting me and the kids enjoy AC inside the store while they figured it out :)”
“Simple, good, customer service. I was having weird problems with an Innova engine code reader: The code reader was causing engine codes to trigger on the dash.
The guys behind the counter were patient, exchanged the unit, and ultimately returned it. In the end I bought a more expensive unit which didn't have the weird problem, but it didn't ring up with the sale price listed on the shelf. When I complained, we figured out the sale had expired, but they gave me the sale price anyway. Very nice.”
“They Pennafrost Coolant concentrate for my Porsche, also used by Audi. If they don't have the exact flavor you need they will ship it to you for no charge usually the next day.”
“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I received the BEST service EVER for my car here. Whole staff is awesome… ISAIAH?! He goes above and beyond. He took time to inspect my car’s issue, and even went with me next door to AutoZone after we found out they sold me the wrong battery for my car. Isaiah even recommended me a very close by (across the street) mechanic who was just as helpful. I CANNOT thank Isaiah enough. “I needed brake lights and for them to be changed. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Stockton blvd and Abe was too busy having a conversation and the lady there told me I would have to wait until 1:45 pm to have them put in. So I left my experience there would be a 0. But I called the one on Mack rd and a guy named Alex was so wonderful and efficient. He was nice, fast, and turned around my experience for the day. I have a 12 hour shift and this experience just turned my whole day into a positive one. I guess people don’t understand the impact they can have on someone’s day with how they treat people with customer service. Thanks again Alex it is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend the Mack rd store in Sacramento.”
“I called in and Scott picked up, he was amazing with working through my issue and confirming inventory that could help. When I arrived and walked in he knew who I was and what I wanted just by my car, and promptly got me the parts and rental tools needed to fix my issue.
